Careful!! We booked an apartment for 2 people at "Finca La Calera" (Lanzarote) from March 14 to 18, with a phone call to the establishment the day before -March 13- at noon to confirm our arrival the next day. Our surprise was that on the 14th, and already at the place, they informed us that they had a problem with the reservation AND THEY OFFERED US TO SHARE AN APARTMENT WITH TWO LADIES - of course we said no. They find alternative accommodation for us by phone and send us to some nearby apartments, to which we head. Initially they would cover the cost of the first night, but once in the new place they confirmed that the minimum stay is two nights, which we paid. We communicated the situation to the regents of "Finca La Calera", and arranged to stay there the night of the 16th and 17th. The next day, on the afternoon of the 15th, we received a call from the establishment "Finca La Calera", telling us that if we met Well, in the place where we are staying, let's stay there... We answer that we want to return to "Finca La Calera"... AND THEY HAD ALREADY RESERVED IT FOR ANOTHER PERSON BEFORE TALKING TO US. Given the situation, and to avoid further setbacks and ensure our stay, we stayed where we were, who luckily had an apartment. We then called "Finca La Calera" to give notice and cancel the last two nights. -It is not serious how our reservation has been managed by Finca la Calera. Conclusion: they work with different platforms and award the apartment to the highest bidder, even though the reservation was already confirmed, with the detriment that this entails for the client. It is not serious or responsible. We didn't see the rooms, but the access, a stone slope
