Overnatning Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på vej hjem til Danmark. Der var rent og pænt. Sødt og smilende personale.

English: I stayed in this hotel with a group of about 20 people for two nights, the worst choice I have ever made. I don't even know where to start to describe how disgusting the hotel is. We arrived on the first day in the evening around 9pm to welcome us, instead of the staff we found a trolley with sheets to make the bed. A few days before we had kindly asked if it would be possible to have breakfast at 7am to be able to get to the ski lifts calmly, while the staff arrogantly replied that it would be too early (a time that for all hotels is a normal time to prepare breakfast). As a packed lunch we were given a defrosted baguette. When lunchtime came and the baguette was thrown away, which I hadn't yet had the courage to look at, after taking the first bite I sadly noticed that there was still ice in the bread. Horrible, dirty and smelly rooms, "freshly washed" sheets that were yellow. The bathroom was not private but shared with ten other rooms and probably hadn't been washed for a few days. Bathtub in the room with dirty and not well-functioning shower. For dinner we were served lasagna if you can call it that and not one portion per person but two trays for more than 20 people. As a side dish, unseasoned salad with a sauce of dubious origin on top. Rude staff who, when asked to move a chair and when asked for a missing plate and fork, accused us of being thieves because according to them we would have shown up for dinner in greater numbers than previously agreed. In fact, after the request in French, the wife turns to her husband and says it's 25 not 24, there's one more. Accusing us again of being thieves because we are Italian. Having made this clarification, I advise anyone who doesn't want to vomit and be insulted or have intestinal problems after eating their lunch and above all wants to stay in a well-kept hotel with kind and available staff to go elsewhere.

J’avais réservé une chambre familiale avec un lit double et un balcon. Arrivée sur place j’ai eu une chambre avec 6 lits simples et pas d’accès au balcon car fenêtres à mi-hauteur… un peu déçue

Établissement horrible, on a été envahie par des punaises de lit dans la chambre de 6 (105) lorsque que j’ai prévenu le propriétaire il a regarder mon lit puis m’as dit qu’il allait me changer de chambre puis il m’a dit que pendant le diner il regarderait les autres lits, il revient vers nous et me dit que seul mon lit était touché, puis j’ai vérifié dans le lit de mes camarades il y en avait plein dans les autres lits donc le propriétaire a menti. Lors de notre séjour l’eau des robinets n’était pas potable il nous l’ont dit que le 2eme jour et on appris par la suite que l’eau « potable » est de l’eau bouillie du robinet pour enlever les bacteries ils n’ont même pas acheté d’eau potable. Et malgré tout ces problèmes les personnel n’a pas l’air de s’affoler ils restent calme et sans agir. Il vaut mieux payer 100/200€ de plus pour au moins avoir une chambre propre. A fuir.
