Guillaumes Hotels with Wi-Fi

Ein Lob der netten Damen an der Rezeption. Wir haben mit dem Motorrad die Route de grande Alpes gemacht und sind in diesem Hotel zwei Nächte geblieben. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Motorräder konnten wir vor dem Haupreingang parken.

This ”hotel” is situated above a cafe with the same name, but the cafe was closed when we arrived. The keybox didn't work either, so we had to call the landlady to get in. She arrived promptly, and we got our keys. Then we tried to find somewhere to eat, which wasn't easy. The place next door did not a liquor license, so our hopes of having a cold beer vanished (when we stopped by the same place a few hours he didn't have food either. All sold out he said, with a shrug). Two other places on the main street were also closed, one of them for good by the look of it. We did however find a pizza joint that served both beer and pizza, and ended up spending the better part of the evening there. Not a very fancy place, but with no options in sight it had to make do. But we will not return to Guillaumes. It's half as big as an American cemetery, and twice as dead, as they say.

Residence est parfaite pour les familles tant que les appartements sont en triplex (2 chambres + séjour). Un grand merci pour le responsable Frédéric qui est très gentil, poli et accueillant. Nous avons participé deux trips montagnes avec un excellent guide Thierry. C'était offert pour les clients de la résidence. Pour cela - un grand merci pour la mairie de Guillaume! Je conseille fortement de faire les randonnées proposées. C'est une expérience inoubliable!!! Nous reviendrons! Il y a beaucoup des activités à découvrir aux alentours de Guillaume.
