I had an amazing stay at Club Med China! Everything was perfectly organized the atmosphere, the food, and the activities made the experience unforgettable. The team was very friendly, kind, and always smiling, which made me feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Gary for the warm reception and excellent assistance, and to Iris for her great service and constant support. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so pleasant and memorable!!

我要特別感謝Donna小姐姐，我一個人帶娃，她給我延遲了退房，然後走的時候比較匆忙，把充電器落下了，Donna又幫我聯繫了打掃阿姨。退房的時候Donna管家還送了我們小禮物。每次發消息都可以很快的回覆我。我覺得clubmed是傳説中的遛娃天花板。服務沒得説。就是房間有點老舊。

這是這一次國慶旅行最糟糕的酒店，差到超出想象。房間簡陋到無以復加，設施老舊到令人髮指。被單、棉被、枕頭都是濕潤的，無法入睡。電話前台，結果發現兩個房間的電話都打不通，衹能通過微信和管家溝通。完全對不起七千多一晚的價格。唯一的好處是可以帶小朋友玩。實際上完全可以住其他酒店裡，帶小孩子白天參加酒店收費項目，也多不了多少錢。地中海俱樂部被國內財團收購後，唯一的變化就是使勁漲價，收智商税。經此一會，再也不來地中海了。

服務：一級棒，在國內體驗到了國外的服務水平，一入園就得到了Nina的熱情接待，全程服務都完美無缺，温柔體貼，因為我們家有兩個寶寶，小的8個月，她總能細緻入微的替我們想到需求，例如消毒器，寶寶輔食提示，接送等等。環境：風景優美住在畫裏，員工每一名都非常熱情，每天開飯都列隊迎接，太隆重了。服務：活動太豐富了，而且還專業，有GO指導你，服務孩子和你食品：特別豐富，本地的，外國的都有，不用出村啥都能吃到，還有個麪館可以吃夜宵總之我還會去的
