Wonderful hotel and staff!!! but Claudia is truly their shining star on staff she is exceptional! Also the rooms are Clean with comfortable beds and the WiFi connection is a 10/10 so is the complimentary breakfast

I absolutely loved my time at this hotel the pool was my favorite and so is the staff! Claudia in reception is truly world class and amazing at her job I can’t wait to visit again I’ll definitely be going back!!

Claudia at the front desk was so helpful. We had to call a couple times and she was always so kind, patient, and her customer service is unmatched.

Wonderful front desk clerk who was at the desk and ready to check me in when I arrived. There was no one smoking outside of the building, and the room was immaculate.

The first person I met when walking into the lobby, was Claudia. She could not have been any more pleasant, and quickly took care of the check-in process. My wife and I headed to our room, and were greeted by a clean, fresh smelling, well prepared room. A few minutes later, I received a text from Claudia, wanting to make sure that we found our room in good condition, and that if we needed anything at all, to please let her know. The complimentary breakfast we ate each morning consisted of a good variety of coffees, juices, cereals, fruits, etc. Everything we had was always fresh. We stayed at this site for three nights, and each day, we would would see Claudia at the front desk, she always wanted to know if we needed anything at all. She was also working the morning we checked out, and she greeted us with her signature smile. Thank you Hilton for employing people like Claudia, and putting her in a position to make a great first-impression on the guest staying at this property. I would definitely stay here again when back in this area!

Claudia identified our needs and accommodated us with our need for additional days due to a family death. The housekeeping staff members were all pleasant and assisted us when needed. My husband had stayed there several times during the last 2.5 months and his experience was very positive as well. Clean and convenient to everything Chambersburg.

I enjoy my stay every time, and I am there A LOT! It is my choice hotel when I need to take a trip for work. The staff, especially Claudia, are very friendly and respective to the customers. They accommodate my room preference as much as possible.
