Comfy bed but has issues with the wifi, breakfast, and lack of housekeeping. Hotel needs some paint and the backdoor needs to lock properly.

The hotel is very close to university within 5 minutes of a nice drive. It is very clean. I am a bit paranoid about it, I test surfaces with white wet towel. And they passed this test. The staff is outstandingly helpful and friendly

Convenient location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. I selected this hotel due to its location in proximity to SUNY Albany. It’s is also in walking distance to places to eat for a small snack, lunch or dinner and the local malls. I definitely recommend.

We needed a room for one night and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This hotel fit the bill. We had a one bed queen room. The room was dated, but clean and the bed was comfortable enough. We were asked if we wanted a first or second floor room. We said we didn't care. I wish we had asked for a second floor room because we could hear people walking above us and we were also right across from the side entrance and that was kind of a noisy place to be until about 11:30 pm. We had breakfast the next morning. They had coffee, bagels/toast and packaged muffins. It was adequate. Overall, we would stay here again if in the area for one night.

ac is not working. breakfast is low standard . When reported to the counter. He says weather is cold tonight . You will feel cold at night.😆😆😆😆😆. Common Man i have paid to stay comfort over there. if you cant follow your policy don't accept reservations. i did not sleep whole night.

Спокойный чистый отель, удобные кровати, белоснежное постельное белье, приветливый, отзывчивый персонал. Предлагают завтрак, включающий кофе, йогурт, бананы, булочки и тосты, что тоже порадовало….. Я бы еще сюда не раз вернулся….

The thing about this hotel is that it's right across the street from the SUNY Albany uptown campus. If you want direct access to the school this isn't a bad spot. But the rooms are due for a refresh. The chair in my room was dirty. There was patchwork on the floor. My sheets seemed like they maybe were cleaned using a washing machine that needed maintenance. They were basically clean but I found a conspicuous hair. And the towels were kind of old an worn. Also, the parking lot is slightly congested. Not bad, though. This is basically a cheap hotel for someone in Albany for a quick overnight stay who wants to be able to get into and out of town easily. It's on US 20. And that goes all the way to Oregon.

We were unexpectedly there after an ice storm stranded us in Albany. We found friendly staff, clean room, a warm shower of the type where you can adjust the temp without getting wet, and a decent continental breakfast. No carpet in the room, OK. A little miserly with the in-room coffee, but since breakfast was available, at least on this date, from 5:30 on, this was OK. Hall carpet smelled of curry, but the room was immaculate. Breakfast was served by an enthusiastic young man from SUNYA who took care to ask what I needed and to arrange the food beautifully.

Worst place ever. We went for a night with the soccer team on our way back to canada. We needed a stop half way to sleep so our expectation was low... we were looking for a clean place to sleep with a continental breakfast. We booked 6 rooms and the forts rooms was at the ground floor. What we found so far: a lot of woodlouses, dirty sheets, dirty towels, hairs in the bed and a awfull smell of humidity. So, we asked for second level rooms. What we found so far: SAME!!! That means 12 rooms usanitary. The person at the front desk tried to tell us that it was the first time that this happened... but 12 rooms in the same condition,..NAH ! and she even told us that the guests use to open the curtains and the woodlouses will disappear ?! Don't go.
