老闆人品不好，在平台上展示的房間照片是他們p過的，p的很亮很乾凈很新來吸引人過去，然而去她那兒實際看到的房間卻是又昏暗又臟又破舊的，實際看到後我有種上當受騙的感覺，後悔錢付早了，本能地想退房，然而老闆脾氣很大收了錢就翻臉不認人並且破口大罵。於是我衹能忍氣吞聲地留下來了。忍受着房間裏的各種不適，有煙味有蚊子還有蜘蛛網，拖鞋很臟，連提供的一次性塑料杯也很臟（杯子裏很多灰），提供的紙巾不是新的，而是別人用剩下的。窗户是內窗，是面向樓梯的，根本照不到光，被子摸着潮濕。隔音不好，隔壁打呼嚕的聲音和樓上電視外放的聲音聽得清清楚楚的，晚上沒法睡好。住過很多賓館，這是最差的一次入住體驗。第二天一大早我就趕緊離開這家黑店去了附近其他賓館，去的桂東福滿樓賓館價錢沒差多少卻比這裏舒服n倍。
