Hotel worthy of a 3 star no more.
No spa, indoor gym or indoor pool (knowing that the outdoor pools are not accessible (dirty)).
No bathrobes or slippers.
Problems arriving resolved in 2 hours, no electricity or shower head.
Plastic cups for cocktails as well as for the table, even the cup of coffee at the breakfast buffet is a paper cup.
The hotel has potential because the exterior is magnificent and rather well located, it's a shame.

This is not a 4 star property!
You have to book for dinners, photos show rooms that are not there, no arcade room, can’t even go
Inside kids room! No lounges to sit, the bar is like a cafe. Dirty sheets. There is no JUCAZZI OR INDOOR SWIMMING POOL- access to means they charge! If the hotel next door is available!
I had no cold water for some of the duration- only boiling hot!
We struggled with vegetarian food.

Det var et godt ophold. Den eneste grund til at jeg ikke giver 5 stjerner var høj musik hver aften fra live musik. Det er ikke praktisk med børn og høj musik fra 20:30 til 23:30 hver dag.

The food was not great. Poor selection and warm at best. Drinks in the restaurant are from cardboard or plastic cups. That's an absolute no no for me.
There is a lot of building work going on around the hotel. The workers from the site ate in the restaurants dressed in their work clothes. It felt like a work canteen!
The hotel is a 3 star at best, not the luxury 4 star it is advertised as.

Bel hôtel mais personnel de l'accueil incompétent
Malgré un check in catastrophique (45min d'attente et une remarque de la réceptionniste car nous étions arrivés soit disant à l'heure de pointe et que l'attente etait de notre faute) l'hôtel est très bien, propre et les suites spacieuses. L'équipe de maintenance est tres efficace et adorable.
Les repas et snacks sont corrects bien qu'un peu répétitifs.
Pour résumer, à part la réception composée de stagiaires incompétents et manquant de réactivité et de sympathie, notre expérience etait plutôt positive.

Excellent 3 night stay alone holiday
Hotel is amazing,food are good, rooms very big well service with bottles of water in fridge. Free used of safe . I enjoy the entertainment every night especially the belly dancer. 5 star service from all staff.
Only let down is the beach but everything else was good. I will recommend the hotel to anybody like swimming pools. It will be great for familys as they have day centre activity for kids. Tennis court and outside gym is plus.

Not for families.
We didn’t enjoy our stay and left half way through and went somewhere else.
The food was ok but getting in to the restaurant has a ridiculous booking system (for an all inclusive buffet!). You are required to book 4 hours in advance. Except when you complain and you’re then told it’s not compulsory to book. Though the restaurant staff seem unaware that it isn’t compulsory - so who knows?
Anyway, nothing screams ‘holiday!’ than being tied to a rigid schedule for access to tepid chips. Magical.
Oh! The two stag do’s! They were hilarious at a family resort. Especially when the ‘Beer Leader’ (that’s what he had written on his shirt) had 9 tequilas on the bounce. Was he sick? Yes, yes he was. It was still daylight.
The kids club was a disappointment too. Not so much a club, rather a veranda attached to a building that only the staff were allowed into. Parents required to attend the whole time.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend families to stay here. Probably fine for golf groups and stag do’s.
Also helps if you speak Portuguese, lots of the staff don’t speak English.

Disappointing service and stay
The hotel is 4 star but it has the bare minimum. There are no slippers or robe, and there’s only hand soap available.
We didn’t have hot water.
We left our phone chargers and a set of earrings and when we call the next day to go get them, the reception said nothing was found which means housekeeping by probably kept them.
The food is buffet which is not hygienic, I saw a customer picking up pizza with their hands from the buffet.
There are 3 restaurants on site which the reception said to book online. We tried but two of them gave an error page. Called reception to book it for us, when we got there the restaurant was closed.
The terraces are the best thing of the rooms.
Overall it was not value for money as it’s not q cheap hotel and the experience as disappointing.
