Los Jardines de Abama Suites

La experiencia fue extraordinaria, desde que llegamos al hotel, el recepcionista Vincenzo nos arropó y nos dio una bienvenida muy cálida además nos ayudó con todas las peticiones durante la estancia. Espero que la próxima vez que volvamos nos encontremos con el mismo recepcionista que nos atendió, el Sr. Vincenzo. En general el servicio fue muy bueno y las instalaciones son de lujo. Se nota que aún sigue en desarrollo pero promete ser uno de los mejores hoteles de la isla. Volveremos pronto.

Struttura meravigliosa, un'oasi di eleganza e bellezza, in completo confort e relax. Servizio eccellente, puntuale, cortese e disponibile. Accurata pulizia giornaliera dell' appartamento e transfer verso ristoranti e spiaggia compresi. Una vista unica sull' oceano sia dagli appartamenti che dalla stupenda piscina a sfioro sul campo da golf. Ottima cucina spagnola al ristorante Melvin del gruppo dello chef stellato Berasategui, con piccola curata carta di vini di prodotturi locali. Ottimo anche il ristorante Tagara che si affaccia sulla piscina; in questo ristorante una menzione speciale per lo chef Fabrizio e il cameriere di sala Giulio che sono venuti incontro in modo attento ed elegante alle nostre richieste. Un' ulteriore menzione speciale per Antonio il barman, Vincenzo alla reception, Marco il driver che hanno migliorato ulteriormente la nostra esperienza. Un posto in cui ritornare.

No hay un sitio más fantástico para disfrutar de lo paraíso en la Tierra. En un entorno inigualables, rodeado de un desafiante campo de golf, entorno verde de vegetación con miles de elefantes palmeras y una maravillosa playa. Las vistas son espectaculares y muy especiales cuando se va el sol. Gastronómicamente la oferta es muy amplia y de altísima calidad. Y lo más importante, su equipo Liderado por Adrian Almirante. En Melvin, Sergio, Oscar y resto de equipo Desayunos de la mano de Oscar López a los fogones y la simpatiquísima Melani y todo su equipo en la sala, tan especial para arrancar un bonito día Si quieres tomar algo a media mañana tomando el sol en Plaza Abama disfrutarás. Giulio y sus compañeros te servirán de manera muy agradable. Para comer no te pierdas el rte., en Terrazas allí encontrarás rica oferta de mediodía y a Tana y Hugo atendiendo de manera simpática y muy profesional. Cierra el día cenando en el especial Melvin by Martin Berasategui. Sergio preparará las delicias más especiales y todo su equipo de fogones y sala te lo harán pasar muy bien La experiencia en Jardines de Abama es especial.

Special mention in the restaurant to Moni, Bryan and Chaxiraxi for all the attention and great work, and in reception to Eva and Vincenzo, who have helped us with everything and resolved all our doubts. And to the entire team in general. I also mention the drivers, who do an extraordinary job.

Starting with the suites, they were very good. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. They have good lighting (both through the windows and the lights), the beds are quite comfortable, the television is of good quality and they are well decorated. Plus, the closets are big. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable too. The only thing that just in case happens to you like me, don't be scared by the sink plug. I was used to the fact that to open it you have to press on the cap but this one works with a small device to open and close it located behind the tap where the water comes out. I mention this so that you don't spend a while thinking about how to open it like it happened to me. The kitchen, dining room and living room area is super well distributed. There is a lot of china. The terrace is quite large, it has many chairs, a large table, some comfortable armchairs accompanied by a smaller table and even two sun loungers. The views are very good, you can see a very beautiful sunset. Perfect for small celebrations to tell the truth. As for restaurants, Tágara is the one I liked the most. The food they serve is fresh and not pre-cooked, and they serve good amounts of food. They serve everything with a very good presentation. The waiter service is excellent, I am especially grateful to Bryan and Giulio. We also really appreciate the detail that the cook had in preparing us a cake to celebrate my mother's birthday (who came to the hotel). I leave a photo of the cake attached. I also have to mention that they had a very nice detail of giving him a cava and a chocolate at the reception for this very reason. Regarding the pools, the pool next to the Tágara restaurant was the one I liked the most. I must say that they offer a fairly comfortable transportation service as well. Especially with the driver Fabián, the attention was super pleasant. There is a beach that the shuttle takes you to that is super good. The beach is white sand and is really super clean. In the water you can even see fish such as old fish, bream, salemas, fulas,... Last, but not least, I have to emphasize how pleasant the service was. At the reception we loved the attention of Vincenzo, a very nice man indeed. Without exaggeration, the customer service was very close and pleasant, it is the first time I have found a place where everyone is so friendly. Generally, in other places they don't treat you as close as here in the Abama gardens. Without a doubt, we will return.

Yes, it is true that the construction work in Los Jardines described by some guests is ongoing and if we understand the plans and brochures of the Abama Resort correctly, then this will continue for some time. If we are coming here for the seventh time (including Las Terazas and the hotel), then we are certainly among the guests who have a very good overview and for whom there are good reasons to keep coming back DESPITE the construction work. We are particularly impressed by the clear, modern and functional design of the apartments. Nothing is missing. Kitchen appliances, entertainment electronics, sanitary items... everything is there, everything is practically new, everything is of 5 star standard. We particularly enjoy the incredible view from the terrace with spectacular sunsets. The spa is brand new with an indoor pool and a comprehensive range of cosmetic treatments, saunas and massages. After all the amenities of the complex, we would particularly like to highlight the incredible friendliness of the staff, who are always discreetly present and available to respond to all requests and suggestions. From the manager to the entire reception team and the chambermaid, we only met cheerful, polite and helpful employees. Simply perfect! We do have one final suggestion. So that the guests' "little ones" whose parents are not so strict about their duty of care or supervision can continue to let off steam uninhibitedly, an "adults only" area for adults traveling alone would be very welcome. We would be happy to come back, even for the eighth time.
