Lo mejor: Atencion del personal, jardines, piscinas, espacio habitaciones, open bar redlevel Mejorable: Gastronomia. Precisamente este tema salio como mayor punto debil del hotel enseguida con 2 grupos de españoles alojados alli tambien, uno de ellos cenaba en otro famoso hotel no excesivamente lejos en coche. Y aclaro que no somos tampoco muy exigentes ni sibaritas en gastronomia. La comida no es “mala” pero claramente la mas estandar y mejorable de los 5-6 hoteles de 5 estrellas de Tenerife Sur donde he comido en los ultimos años. Probamos aparte de buffet 3 restaurantes de carta en cenas, resultaron dos de ellos muy decepcionantes, la excepcion unica fue el frances Bistrot. Nada que ver con multiples experiencias gastronomicas (muy buenas) anteriores a 2020 en este hotel. Una pena

Had an absolutely amazing holiday with my partner at Gran Melia Palacio De Isora. Red Level staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The overall experience was 5-star from the food to the service and accommodation. We particularly loved the sunsets and our dinners at the La Terasse Red Level restaurant. Would be coming back for a third time soon! 🌴💦

Ha sido increíble! Una experiencia muy buena, gracias sobre todo a la atención del personal y gran amabilidad de todos. Somos una pareja de Zaragoza y hace unos doce años clientes de Red Level. Es una felicidad infinita desde el primer instante que llegamos allí, y tristeza cuando nos marchamos. Es un auténtico paraíso. Queremos agradecer, especialmente, el cariño y amabilidad hacia nosotros de su Director, Sr. Dean. Muy agradecidos a todo el equipo. A nuestra querida Vero, a todos en recepción; a Lucas, Mario, Leila, Denis…todos. A José, a todos los mayordomos; a Mohamed por su eterna sonrisa, a Andrés por hacernos esas bonitas fotos, a Ray , a Rubén… Los desayunos en Red Level muy sanos y tranquilos. Schöne Anlage. Freundliches personal, leckeres Frühstück. Schade dass es keine Adults only bar für abends gibt, da muss man leider in den Bereich des Hotels mit Kindern gehen....dementsprechend nicht ruhig. Für mich ist das nur ein halbes Adults only! Service an dieser (riesen)Bar lässt doch sehr zu wünschen übrig, man wartet mindestens 10 minuten bis überhaupt jemand kommt um die Bestellung auf zu nehmen und dann noch mal 10 min bis das Getränk kommt. Hat man auch noch einen Aschenbecher gefragt so muss man noch mal warten, weil dies vergessen wurde mit zu bringen.... wenn dann überhaupt einer gebracht wird! Zimmer: schön und gross. Mitte des Aufenthalts bekam ich eine Flasche Wein, sehr nett. Jedoch stand die leere Flasche bis zum Ende des Aufenthalts im Zimmer. Benutztes Glas Wein blieb ebenfalls stehen. Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon wurde nicht geleert. Tassen im Zimmer nicht ganz sauber. Man bekommt bei Anreise eine gratis Flasche Wasser im Zimmer welches man auch für die Kaffemasch7ne benutzen soll da man kein Leitungswasser trinken soll. Ist die Flasche leer, muss man entweder bezahlen oder man bringt sich plastik Flaschen vom Pool mit (die mann dort gratis kriegt). Für ein 5 sterne Hotel wäre es schön wenn man die Flasche auf dem Zimmer stehen hätte. Sauberkeit Zimmer: ab dem 3. Tag lag eine tote Mücke in der Badewanne.... lag bei Abreise immer noch da! Fusel unter der Sitzbank blieben auch liegen! Abendservice Zimmer: der sundowner service, kleines stück schokolade und Fussmatte beim Bett: 1x lag alles im Eingang des Zimmers, konnte ich also selber alles hinlegen. Am letzten Abend gabs gar nix....war wohl schon abbeschrieben. Nach Zimmerreinigung stand immer die Schranktür offen! Da muss man schon dran ziehen um die auf zu kriegen...hinterlässt kein gutes Gefühl zu wissen dass das Personal den Schrank öffnet! Check out ist Online!!! Kein 5 sterneservice Obwohl dies meckern auf hohem niveau ist, finde ich dass man für den Preis den ich bezahlt habe für 1 woche doch alles perfekt sein muss.

Pasamos una semana en la zona de Red Level para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido y no podríamos haber escogido un hotel mejor. Antes de llegar al hotel se nota el trato excelente por parte del hotel, ya que me ayudaron a organizar una sorpresa, el día de su cumpleaños nos dejaron en la habitación una tarta de tiramisú (su favorita) junto a una botella de vino, que pudiendo tomar en la habitación (mi marido es muy tímido) hizo de la sorpresa un detalle mas especial. Además de eso me ayudaron con las reservas en los restaurantes y en el SPA del hotel, por lo que cuando llegué solo tuve que ocuparme de disfrutar y relajarme. La habitación era espectacular. Baño totalmente equipado, con ducha y bañera, una cama gigante con un colchón de gran calidad (como siempre que me alojo en Melia) y con unas almohadas super mullidas. En la terraza un pequeño sofá y un jacuzzi que puedes pedir que te dejen preparado a una hora concreta. Las vista al mar es increíble, ya que era frontal. A pesar de tener tb vista a la piscina, al ser de solo adultos es bastante tranquila y no tuvimos problemas de ruidos ningún día. En cuanto a la restauración del hotel es muy amplia. A pesar que tienen el restaurante tipo buffet no fuimos ningún día porque la comida en los restaurantes dedicados es impresionante y deliciosa. A medio día podíamos escoger entre comida mexicana, mediterránea, italiana (no todos los días) o el snack bar de la piscina, que era bastante completo en variedad y se puede tomar hasta en la hamaca si se quiere. Por la noche, dependiendo del día, la oferta se amplia con cocina italiana, francesa, japonesa (a la carta y espectáculo teppanyaki 100% recomendado) y un steak house. La piscina Red Level es muy tranquila, y se agradece para el descanso. Al contrario que en otros hoteles, aquí las camas balinesas merecen 100% la pena, ya que son muy cómodas y tienen un techo de madera que aísla bastante bien del calor. Por si te apetece cambiar entre sol y sombra, junto a las camas balinesas tienes dos hamacas exclusivas para ti, por lo que puedes cambiar de una a otra como quieras. El personal del hotel es fenomenal. Lucas de recepción, Pablo de bar de la piscina y Lorenzo de restauración son profesionales como hace mucho tiempo que no veía. Siempre atentos y amables, hicieron que la estancia fuera perfecta e inolvidable. Les siguen muy de cerca Edu, Ángel y el resto de compañeros de los que por desgracia no recuerdo el nombre. Todo el personal es de 11/10 En resumen, el hotel perfecto sin importar el motivo de la estancia. Será un acierto 100% asegurado.

Another fabulous year at this hotel which we now call our home from home having returned every year for over 15 years. Not only do we love this hotel because of its luxurious facilities and rooms but also because of the loyal and amazing staff who want to make sure that everyone has a perfect holiday experience and the most relaxing time. The red level is just perfect for a romantic and relaxing time. There are 2 restaurants in this area which are both amazing. Both restaurants are outside with the most fabulous sea view. You have the choice of The Terrace which is a tasting menu with all traditional Tenerife ingredients. the other restaurant has a French themed menu which offers a different choice of flavors and food. Lorenzo manages this restaurant perfectly and professionally. This is one of our favorite restaurants and we just adore the food and its presentation. Both restaurants are defiantly worth a visit. The Director of The Red Level is called Dean and he is very visible around the red level area and introduces himself to new guests arriving as well as chatting over breakfast or at the complementary drinks from 5 until 6. His knowledge on the Island is so good and he was most helpful is providing information to my husband and I regarding places to go etc. He certainly has a fabulous team of staff and it is clear that they are all working together. I would like to mention a few members of staff who have made our time so special over the years and they are always happy to see us and remember our names which is so heartwarming. Jose is in charge of all of the butlers and has always looked after us. He looks after all of the guests so well and ensures that everyone has what they need to make that there time on holiday is perfect. He is a true professional and a real asset to the Melia brand. He makes us smile everyday and always has time to talk to you and organize anything that you need. We always look forward to seeing him every year and we are always so sad to leave. His heart is in his work and he always gives 100%. Mohammed is a butler in The Red Level and he has an infectious personality which is fun, lighthearted and kind. He always has time for a chat and can lighten your day with his smile. It was so nice to see Bertrese again this year. She is so lovely and organized and very good at her role. She always has a smile and makes everything as perfect as possible to ensure that guests have the best holiday experience. The other staff who stood out his year and work across the restaurants were Lorenzo, Carlos, Liam, Marilyn and Edu. They all do such an amazing job and work so hard in the restaurants to make sure that every meal experience is enjoyable for all of the guests. I would like to mention Airam who we met for the first time this year. He is young and so enthusiastic and always has a smile. We wish him all the best in his career with Melia.
