Red Level at Gran Melia Palacio de Isora

Had an absolutely amazing holiday with my partner at Gran Melia Palacio De Isora. Red Level staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The overall experience was 5-star from the food to the service and accommodation. We particularly loved the sunsets and our dinners at the La Terasse Red Level restaurant. Would be coming back for a third time soon!

My fiancé and I stayed at the property August 3-14th and had the time of our life. We came back after two years after got engaged here at the property last time. And what a stay... We cannot fully recognise every one, but we felt we came "home" again from the first minute. We reserved private transport from the airport which were 100% and a perfect start. From the minute we entered RedLevel reception and throughout the stay we felt we were taken care of "over and beyond". Fantastic room with with partial see view (perfect for us) and super service from housekeeping and VIP service. We tried all the restaurant at the property, all very good, but our favorites were La Terrasse and Le Bistrot Provencal. The tasting menu at the La Terrass was truly worth a Michelin star (or two). Extra ordinary experience with local food and wine (many of the local wines I give 4.5 rating in Vivino). Even though all of Melia employees gave us a super experience and service, we really want to highlight the Red Level "Dream Team" Pablo, J. Angel, Mohamed, Angel, Daniel, Ricardo, Erensto, Fernando and Alejandro What a team and what a service and good laugh and interactions. These fantastic people made us decide to come back again next year already.

This was our second stay at Red Level, Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, and once again the experience was exceptional. The standard of service, attention to detail, and quality of the facilities were all of the highest calibre. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, professional, and clearly dedicated to ensuring a memorable stay — they are a true asset to the hotel. While there were flies this year, likely due to fertiliser used on nearby banana plantations, this was a minor inconvenience easily resolved with a short walk into Alcala to purchase repellant. We have already booked our return visit for two weeks in September, which is a testament to the consistently high standard the hotel delivers. We look forward to our next stay!

Have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay at Red Level Gran Meliá. The staff were so helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful holiday experience which we did! Looking forward to returning again soon

This review complements another one where we focused purely on the hotel. This review focuses purely on the continuous pestering of guests by staff trying to sell Circle membership. It is truly unbearable. Yesterday 3 different staff members on 3 different occasions approached us by the pool while we were clearly relaxing. It starts with a fake..”are you having a nice holiday?” And then quickly moved into a persistent sell of this loyalty/timeshare-esque scheme with the offers of gifts, drinks etc. it’s just horrible and it’s disrespectful to guests who have paid money for a relaxing break. We’ve had cards pushed under the bedroom door. This morning we have had one attempt to talk to us by the pool and now we’ve had a WhatsApp message. Just does not stop. Management need to be aware and take action. At this point, it will have the reverse effect you intend and stop us coming to Meliá hotels in the future at all. Some guests like that product. So offer it, market it indirectly but pestering fee-paying guests is inappropriate.

Very pleasant stay. Staff wonderful and very professional and helpful. Rooms great and breakfast at the Redlevel excellent. The Redlevel could benefit from having a separate small bar in the evening - as compared to having to go to the main hotel.
