Très bel hôtel. Un accueil chaleureux et serviable comme on en fait plus. La chambre était superbe, décorée avec goût. La literie excellente. Petit problème de douche le lendemain matin mais arrange par un geste commercial apprécié. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Venus pour un séjour au Pays Basque. Disponibilité et gentillesse de tout le personnel jolie vue de la chambre si vous êtes en haut face montagne et mer Très bons repas au Bistro (dommage que la salle ait été privatisée à plusieurs reprises et que nous n'ayons pas pu en profiter comme on l'entendait...de plus ces soirs là quand on rentrait la galère pour se garer au parking et aux alentours !!! Petits déjeuners excellents et faits maison dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de yaourts non sucrés et au moins 2 choix dans le pain, car la petite baguette proposée est plutôt dure.... Nous n'avons jamais pu prendre le petit déjeuner dehors alors que le temps le permettait certains jours.... La chambre est spacieuse la literie très bonne, mais on n'a pas apprécié la salle de bains ouverte sur la chambre ainsi que les toilettes séparées par une porte vitrée !! Quelle intimité !!! De plus la baignoire est très haute, il ne faut pas être trop petit ou trop agé pour y monter et y ressortir ! La penderie est petite ! et la porte pas digne d'un 4 étoiles (voir photo)

la maison a gardé son caractère basque en plein milieu du village (petit et donc calme du moins hors saison). un grand parking. les chambres sont spacieuses surtout les junior suite. Une chambre handicapé au rdc un peu sombre. très bon restaurant dans la maison attenante. Attention l'hôtel n'est pas situé en bord de mer et ceux qui souhaitent en profiter pour un bain de mer auront à marcher une bonne 20ne de minutes ou prendre la voiture.

Excellent séjour
L'accueil a été très bien.
Endroit chaleureux, avec vue comme promis sur les montagnes et la mer.
Très bonne literie.
Petit déjeuner excellent, tout est fait maison.
Un petit bémol, la salle d'eau demande un peu plus d'intimité. (Un simple rideau pour séparer de la chambre)

Agréable séjour sur ce site.
Très bien situé, vue sur les montagnes et lointaine sur la mer.
Très bon accueil, toujours le sourire.
Le restaurant est gastronomique, avec le service qui va avec.
Je vous le conseille.
Petit bémol sur la salle de douche et l’Accès au lavabo qui n’est pas judicieux mais le lit très grande largeur fait oublier les petits défauts.

Après une semaine décevante à Saint-Jean-de-Luz nous avons découvert cet hôtel par hasard en visitant Guéthary. Par chance, il restait une chambre libre et nous avons passé une merveilleuse seconde semaine de vacances en Pays Basque. La chambre est très belle, épurée, équipée****, l'accueil et le petit-déjeuner remarquables. Le bistrot permet de profiter de la cuisine du restaurant gastronomique étoilé à prix doux. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons vivement ce très bel établissement.
