Grinding noise of a laboring electric motor all night, on for ten seconds and off for three seconds. Impossible to sleep. AC did not work, nor did TV or bathroom fan. Probably the worst hotel stay of my live.

I travel a lot, and this was one of the worst. The unkept room with no heat, stained furniture and bedding, patio that looked over a construction site, someone's hair in linens, ticks in bed, internet unsafe connection with no password, no elevator to second floor. Need I say more, save your money!

Delighted It’s a delightful property walking distance to coffee and downtown. A creek runs through it so it Feels rural but it’s very convenient. Just a pleasure to wake up in. Staff and owner so so nice.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. While the building was undergoing some upgrades during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed—and the customer service stood out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Once the renovations are complete, we can see this place being a top-notch choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cozy 10 + infinity I'm very happy with my stay at West Sonoma Inn and Spa. Naveed and Guest Services are on point. He is very charming and friendly. My cottage is amazingly warm and cuddly! I'm well rested and will definitely return. Thank you for the upgrade and beautiful establishment.
