Stayed here before, only needed a place for one night. Room was fine, fridge, microwave, revamped bathroom, WiFi and TV. Still no coffee maker, but Tim Horton's is a two minute drive. Owner is rather brusque, and not particularly friendly. Much of his clientele is a bit sketchy, and the lack of an additional lock on the door isn't a selling point. Thought I was being over-charged, as I saw the rate on Trip Advisor was $90. Paid cash to save them the CC charges, He told me $130, and I told him I was expecting a lower price. Turns out that is the Canadian equivalent for my US price. If you're looking for short-term option, this might work. Bed was comfortable, no noise to speak of, but for less than $20, a security door chain would have made me feel more secure.
