Very close to Tunjungan area, lots of good place to shop and eat. Facility wise, it's okay. Can tell that the building is aged, but the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had like a small sofa-ish in the room that an extra person can use to rest. Good experience!

Quite a busy hotel...or maybe happened to be on that days that I was there?
Lifts are very slow.
Rooms are quite clean. Although the space in the bathroom was really tiny and unable to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom (no space/ table on the basin)

The location is really close to anywhere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful.
This is our stay for the second time. We went back to Santika Premier Gubeng was because the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast was impeccable.

Fast check in and out process. Use a 50 thousand deposit.
Minimalist room, narrow bathroom, but cleanliness is maintained. The staff is also friendly.
There are many variations for breakfast. It's just a bit less suitable with the taste. The quality of the fruit and salad should be paid more attention to, because it already tastes a bit sour.

Strategic location, good service, friendly staff, clean beds, hotel building not maintained, dirty walls, some lights are not working, refrigerator cabinet smells bad, refrigerator is not working, the toilet needs to be replaced because it is not worth it, the water is smooth.
The name of the hotel is cool but not supported by the building. It's like a former karaoke building.
In the era of so many hotels competition, the hygiene has not been improved. Not originally make the hotel so that guests will not be disappointed.
The most important thing is cleanliness and service

Checking in and out was simple and hassle-free. They require a 150k cash deposit, but if you use a debit or credit card, there’s a small 10k transaction fee. The staff were kind and very accommodating, making the experience smooth.
The location is excellent for a quick stay especially if you need something close to Gubeng Train Station. Clean and well-managed; a solid choice for travelers
