Meravigliosa tenuta storica arredata con gusto: camere pulitissime, servizio ristorante davvero molto buono e personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottima la colazione, varia e gustosa. Piscina total relax… Ci è dispiaciuto tantissimo lasciarla ma ci torneremo volentieri!

Sono stato ad un evento a pranzo; veramente indefinibile sotto tutti quanti gli aspetti. Qualità e quantità del cibo davvero scadenti con proposte di piatti che erano datati anche in una cerimonia degli anni 80, servizio scandaloso e per concludere il commento senza volere ulteriormente infierire, i servizi igenici sono indecenti (due soli bagni in uno stato vergognoso per 4 sale) ed infine NON ESISTONO AMBIENTI CLIMATIZZATI!!!! quest'ultimo aspetto deve veramente allarmare a chi pensa di organizzare qualcosa nel periodo estivo; Mencarelli Group (proprietario della struttura) una trentina di anni fà era sinonimo di qualità, evidentemente si sono completamente persi per strada.

Villa molto bella immersa nel verde e nel silenzio, ben tenuta e con dettagli molto carini. Molto bella anche la parte esterna. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante. Buffet della colazione ben fornito e personale molto attento a rifornire il buffet nel caso i prodotti finiscano. Un ottimo 3 stelle.

Siamo stati in questo posto in occasione del ponte del 25 Aprile 2025. La struttura si presenta molto carina. Noi alloggiavamo nella suite, piuttosto spaziosa e luminosa, poiché disponeva di tre grandi finestre. La cosa più deludente è stata il bagno, sicuramente non come ce lo aspettavamo (non ristrutturato e non finestrato) con la presenza di cattivi odori che rendevano spiacevole l’accesso ad esso….sicuramente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. La cosa più deludente, però è stato il momento del check out , quando invece di presentarci la ricevuta con in dettaglio i prezzi delle pietanze delle cene e delle bibite, hanno fatto un unico totale delle cene e hanno incluso le bibite a parte. Incuriositi, abbiamo chiesto a cosa si riferisse una voce sullo scontrino, e ci hanno detto che erano le bibite, includendo all’interno di esse, il costo di un bicchiere di vino di 8€ che non abbiamo preso. Si sono scusati , ma non ci hanno rimborsato gli 8 euro, poiché hanno detto che la transazione era già stata effettuata e, cosa ancora più sgradevole, volevano rimborsarci con delle bottigline d’acqua…Esperienza da non ripetere!!!
