Muy lindo el hotel y la atención excelente. Siempre muy bien predispuestos. El desayuno muy completo. La habitación muy cómoda, éramos tres, al ingresar estaba la cama matrimonial con su baño y en una segunda estancia, dos camas mas, con otro baño mas. Recomiendo este hotel.

This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient.

Quartos muito velhos
Apesar de bem cuidado, os quartos estão muito velhos. Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, o banho é dentro de banheira, quase não possui tomadas e a cama é pequena com travesseiros ruins. O café da manhã é fraco como geralmente é na Argentina.

Worst Hotel Interaction Ever
I was scheduled to stay on the Royal Princess Hotel from 1/3/24 to 1/7 after making my reservation online. I had just arrived from climbing Aconcagua with my climbing team and the hotel DID NOT honor our reservation because of an unwritten policy to not accept guests from the mountain. Multiple egregious issues- first, this policy is written NO WHERE. This is a policy that does not exist and should therefore not be enforced. Secondly, this policy is discriminatory against guests- how does this even exist today? Lastly, the receptionist made no to little effort to assist us at such a late hour to secure alternate accommodations. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND the Royal Princess Hotel.
Tenía previsto quedarme en el Hotel Royal Princess del 3/1/24 al 7/1 después de hacer mi reserva en línea. Acababa de llegar de escalar el Aconcagua con mi equipo de escalada y el hotel NO cumplió con nuestra reserva debido a una política no escrita de no aceptar huéspedes de la montaña. Múltiples cuestiones atroces: primero, esta política está escrita NINGÚN DÓNDE. Esta es una política que no existe y por lo tanto no debería aplicarse. En segundo lugar, esta política es discriminatoria contra los huéspedes. ¿Cómo es que esto existe hoy en día? Por último, la recepcionista hizo poco esfuerzo para ayudarnos a una hora tan tardía a conseguir alojamiento alternativo. Esta es, con diferencia, la peor experiencia de hotel que he tenido.

Hotel tem recepção muito elegante, e recepcionistas atenciosos. O café é sortido e farto, e gostoso, porém absolutamente igual todos os dias, zero variações. A disposição dos elementos do café da manhã deixa o fluxo Confuso quando o salão está cheio. Funcionários do café pouco entusiasmados. O quarto é simples, antigo, ainda que confortável. A limpeza é diária e boa. Localização excelente.

Había reservado otro hotel de la misma cadena, pero por falta de disponibilidad, me pasaron a este. Fue un golazo, más cerca de Arístides que el anterior, más confortable también. Las instalaciones eran superiores. No tengo ninguna queja al respecto. Nos alojamos en agosto de 2022.

Buenas habitaciones, tamaño agradable, impecables, buen blanco, suficiente cantidad de toallas cálidad media. Colchón de resortes con declive hacia las mesitas de luz. (deberían girarlos) El baño bueno, con una mampara mínima causando una peligrosa inundación, a pesar de la bañera. El hall de entrada impresiona por la decoración, un agradable patio con piscina un poco descuidada. No funcionan ni es baño turco ni el sauna, el yacuzzi es una pequeña piscina está tirando a frío y no tienen presión los chorros, en todos los casos brindan la toalla sin contratiempos. Fuimos de casualidad, en resumen fue una buena experiencia, personal agradable superamable. Desayuno variado y muy completo. El servicio de cafetería si bien es un poco caro, esta bien.

Por la categoría del hotel esperábamos mejor servicio. Habitación sin percheros, mesa de luz sin cajones, la caja de seguridad imposible para petisos ubivada arriba de tod. En el bidet no hay jabón, en la ducha no hay acondicionador. El desayuno sin queso blanco para untar, el melón servido en pedazos enormes sin pelar y no había pinzas para servirlo. Difícil acceder a los jugos y el agua porque están sobre la barra y delante están las cosas dulces. Otra vez no piensan en los huéspedes. En la piscina hay que estar todo el tiempo reclamando toallones porque no reponen. NO PARECE DE 4 ESTRELLAS
