No Check-in foi me informado que eu havia feito a reserva para apenas 1 pessoa e teria que pagar a diferença. Acessei minha reserva e confirmei que havia feito para 2 pessoas.
A manutenção do quarto não estava boa. Tomadas "folgadas" não prendiam bem os carregadores.
Ducha do banheiro instalada em local inadequado e com vazamento.
De manhã o chuveiro não esquentou e minha filha teve que tomar banho e lavar o cabelo na agua fria.

Hotel bem confortável em Guaxupé
Hotel muito bom, confortável, boa cama, bom banheiro. Café da manhã bem gostoso, variado. Estacionamento amplo e com muitas vagas.
Ponto negativo para a acústica. Tem barulho que vem de todos os lados.
Alem disso, nosso quarto ficava perto da escada, estão ouvíamos muito barulho das pessoas descendo.

Nos 3 dias que fiquei não pude aproveitar da piscina, pois estava suja. E os atendentes do hotel falavam que tudo na cidade era ruim, e não indicava nenhum ponto turístico da cidade.

Atendimento bom, mas é um hotel em Minas numa cidade pequena onde faltou qualidade na comunicação e coisas básicas do tipo TAG do not disturb... bem como cadeiras de descanso na piscina, bem como...avisar que a cozinha não funciona das 10h as 21h30...ficou fechada por mais de 3h00...
