Wonderfull service and easy location. My room was big and confortable enough for me to rest, work and be prepared for the next flight. There is a lot of options for eating, exercise, having sauna. And the shuttle service is the best.

From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Moreover, I needed to ask many times to switch on saunas. At 21:00 the saunas were already not working even it is mentioned that spa is open till 22:00. That's pity, because it is time when most people wants to relax after day. The only thing was missing is jacuzzi.

The Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.

It is too close to the airport, and the planes in the second half of the night are very loud. But I can sleep more in the morning, so I don't have to rush to catch the plane. um yes thanks

We stayed here for a night before a flight home for the holidays. Check in online was easy and we just had to pay and pick up keys. I booked through Accor so was able to earn points. Breakfast was delicious and so was lunch. The staff spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable and they had a pack and play for the toddler. She also loved the play room. Great stay

I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

O hotel é muito bom. Consegui fazer um early check in por um preço muito bom. O pessoal do hotel são muito educados e atenciosos. Eu tive uma excelente estadia. Super recomendo. An old chain hotel located in the old town of Sao Paulo, close to Paulista Avenue, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the corridors are a bit dark, but the lights in the rooms are warm. The service staff are very enthusiastic, but the speed of check-in and check-out needs to be accelerated.
