The hotel shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and if it’s a peak period, it will not be possible to squeeze into the bus (no standing allowed). Receptionist are friendly, however, hotel does not have a tag to hang at doors to let them know no room service is needed, so one day you will get two knocks (one for cleaning and one for the pantry refill if needed) which can be very disruptive. There’s shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, two bar soaps and one shower cap provided. Toilet has a spray which is useful.

Have a free shuttle bus to the airport. Located around 15min away. It's a great location when u need just a transit night

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, staff very kind. It’s located close to the airport and offers free shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. I forgot to take some pictures of the room but it was good, spacious and clean.

The hotel room is large, clean and sanitary. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is convenient for friends who are transiting in Sao Paulo. The only downside is that there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. You need to take a taxi to get there, and it is a bit far to walk.

I don't know why the photos in the album are older, but I was quite surprised when I arrived. It's quiet, spacious, and most importantly, the view is great. I sit by the window to work and enjoy the view of the park, which is very relaxing. The only regret is that the voltage is 110, and the 220 kettle I bought at Charqueadas can't be used.

I have been a customer of Panamby Barra Funda for a long time and everything has always been perfect. Yesterday the room (old wing) had a musty smell, there was a dead insect and I killed a cockroach that was walking around there. Not only that, the sheet covering the mattress was quite "dodgy", because it was very crumpled and looked used. Not only that, it was dirty in several places, with wine marks on both sides. I didn't tell Ademar at reception (very polite and kind) because I was quite tired after returning from a trip to the Northeast, where there were delays and normal airport problems. I spent the night in GRU because I didn't want to travel at night, by car and alone, to Campos do Jordão, where I currently live. And finally, the sink in the apartment is completely blocked, an unpleasant fact that should not happen in a hotel of this size.

Great hotel. I'm a passing traveler, I have another destination, I liked everything, I can't speak about the food, but the breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Despite being on the Dutra highway, the room is very quiet. Perfect airport transfer.

I think the attendants could be more receptive

The hotel is well located only if you are in transit for one night near the Guarulhos airport, otherwise it is a quite complicated place since it is located on a highway with a lot of vehicular traffic. Avoid rooms ending in 11, for example, I was in 411 on the fourth floor and the back of the bed faces the shaft through which the elevator passes, so you can hear a lot of noise at all hours, even during the night. To highlight as positive is that it has free transfer to the airport and the breakfast is very good.

Old and very noisy room, they moved us to the Premium and it was better except that my daughter had to sleep with us in the same bed.

Clean, organized and cozy hotel. I found there were few breakfast options and the service was a little to be desired.

If you need a hotel close to the airport, the hotel is very well located and has very good infrastructure and a very efficient transfer, both on the way out and back.

A very cozy and clean hotel, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. The only negative is the location of the hotel: there are no shopping centers or entertainment nearby. But it is very convenient to get to the airport, which is very close.
