Pontos positivos: Funcionários, desde a recepção até às meninas da limpeza( que aliás trabalham demais) , todos muito solícitos. Em tudo que precisamos, ela nos ajudaram na medida do possível , fazendo que estava ao alcance deles. O hotel fica em frente a praia e eles oferecem serviço de praia. Após o checkout, a funcionária Cleide nos deixou guardar as nossas malas na recepção, enquanto esperávamos dar o horário para irmos embora Começou a chover e ela autorizou com que meu esposo, também aguardasse na recepção..( Obrigada, Cleide) Pontos negativos: Tudo cheira a bolor, quando chove, os corredores ficam cheios de água Quartos: De início ficamos em um quarto que não fora preparado para três hóspedes e tudo cheirava a mofo. As camas( colchões )pareciam velhas e cheias de algum inseto, que nos fez coçar e ser picadas pelo corpo todo. Fora colocado uma cama no quarto que mais parecia uma cama de hospital, velha e enferrujada. Apareceu uma barata no banheiro, o que nós fez pedir para trocar de quarto Quarto 115: Melhor que o 141, porém com cheiro de esgoto, varanda escura e também cheirando a mofo, o ar condicionado, pinga o tempo todo do lado de fora do quarto. Passamos os três dias sem uma limpeza no chão do quarto, pois quando chegamos tinha uma mosca amassada no chão e ela permaneceu por lá, até a nossa saída. Kkkkkk( a culpa não é das meninas da limpeza, pois essas,correm o tempo todo para dar conta da demanda) . A piscina para criança estava suja e a de adulto também, com lodo por todos os lados. Na borda tem vários pisos quebrados ou soltos( cuidado)! Infelizmente não conseguimos fazer o uso da piscina no último dia, pois o rapaz da limpeza chegou bem no horário de uso( 10hs da manhã) e o checkout seria ao 12:00 hs. Sauna: Por várias vezes pedimos para liga- lá, mas só conseguimos usar, uma vez .Ela cheira a bolor, os rejuntes dos azulejos estão todos encardidos e com lodo ( verde) , ela aquece bem, mas saímos de lá com renite e todos os ites atacados .kkkkkk Sujestão: Uma reforma no hotel seria algo maravilhoso. Contratar mais funcionários para a limpeza com certeza seria uma boa saída. Porque pude perceber que as meninas ficam sobrecarregadas. Lavar os azulejos da sauna, pelo menos de 15 em 15 dias, para que a saúde dos hóspedes seja preservada. Obrigada a todos os funcionários que, mesmo com todas as dificuldades estruturais do hotel, tentaram fazer com que nossa estadia fosse boa e leve.

Hotel is bit old still they were friendly still good place to stay. Aircondition was not working when i was staying there.

The hotel was excellent, the staff was very careful and efficient since check-in, the room was perfect, I went with my mother, then there were two beds, room in the ground as I had asked for because my mother was old. Clean beds and a well-decorated and comfortable environment, as we were in December, there was already Christmas decoration, where I love. The location is excellent, near the beach, restaurants and markets, which made my trip quite easy. Morning breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. In addition, the common areas of the hotel, such as the pool and fish lake, are very careful and pleasant to use/see. I recommend that anyone who seeks comfort, good service and a quiet and pleasant experience, I will certainly return on a next opportunity.

I went for lunch with my kids, I read some reviews and decided to give it a shot. The buffet was good , nothing horrible but nothing outstanding either. After lunch, we wanted to go to the beach, so we asked the waitress and she pointed us to the Beach exit. When we got there, the gentleman at the exit stopped us and yelled at us stating that the exit was reserved for guests only. I explained to him that I had just finished my lunch and intended to leave to go to the beach. He proceeded to call the lifeguard, security (have pictures of all them harassing my family) . These people have never been trained on how to treat a guest, let alone a human being. I was second guessed and treated like a criminal for trying to use an exit that I was directed to in the first place. I chose to go back inside and have a word with the manager, she did apologize, but she had no control of the situation. I have visited many SOFITELS around the world, I use Trip Advisor as a reference with all my traveling plans and never felt so infuriated for being treated so poorly . Shame on the awful costumer service this Hotel offers, it is not even worthy of a ONE STAR.
