Ambiente seguro e acolhedor. O café da manhã é excelente, com boa variedade. Os funcionários foram extremamente educados e prestativos durante toda a minha estadia. Um dos destaques é a área da piscina, com laguinho de carpas, um espaço lindo e tranquilo. A vista para a praia também é maravilhosa. Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que a cama poderia ser mais confortável e o espaço do box no banheiro um pouco maior. Ainda assim, nada que comprometa a experiência geral. Recomendo para quem busca um lugar bonito, bem localizado e com um atendimento de qualidade no Guarujá.

Boa localização e bom café da manhã. A experiência poderia ter sido mais agradável se houvesse iniciativa da equipe de manutenção e recepção noturna do hotel. Na primeira noite de nossa estadia o chuveiro secou por volta das 19h. Comunicada a recepção fui informado que o problema seria resolvido. Voltei a contatar a recepão às 20h e 21h horas e informaram que ainda não havia solução mas ofereceram outro quarto na mesma ala do hotel. Ocorre que o quarto oferecido estava com o mesmo problema: sem água no chuveiro. Informaram que estavam verificando e que o problema seria resolvido. Por volta das 23h o chuveiro continuava sem água e a recepção não forneceu solução ou previsão para a solução do problema. Naquela primeira noite da estadia fiquei sem banho completo. Na manhã do dia seguinte o problema persistia e em contato com a recepção, agora com a equipe diurna, foi oferecida a possibilidade de usar o banheiro de um quarto em outra ala do hotel que estava com fornecimento normal de água nos chuveiros, solucionando parcialmente o desconforto. Esta solução poderia ter sido oferecida pela equipe noturna no dia anterior evitando este desgaste desnecessário.

Agradável.
Tivemos alguns imprevisto com a disposição das camas, reservamos 4 camas de solteiro com 2 meses de antecedência, quando chegamos la havia 1 de casal e 2 de solteiro. Foi necessario solicitar 3 vezes para trocarem as camas e mesmo assim nos trocaram de quarto. O café da manha é bom, mas nos 5 dias que ficamos foi a mesma comida todos os dias. No mais, as acomodações sao boas, tv a cabo com todos os canais, pode comprar comida e bebida fora do hotel, piscina boa e atendimento bom.
