The room environment is OK, but the facilities are really speechless. I got up at 7 o'clock in the morning to take a shower, took off all my clothes and went into the bathroom, but there was no hot water. I thought I turned the faucet in the wrong direction, but the result was the same. I had to bite the bullet and take a cold shower! About 10 minutes after I finished taking a shower, the hot water came out! The water pipe was spewing out air, which was scary. I called the front desk afterwards, and they simply said they didn't know the situation and could ask the engineering team to investigate. I said I had already taken a shower, so what's the point of your investigation?
