非常讚的一個酒店。 黃果樹景區裏絕好的位置，天星橋出口即達酒店大堂。 酒店快速的接送，讓遊客在旅遊旺季輕鬆很多。
最值得誇獎的是酒店周到的服務。 有求必應。小濤管家熱心耐心認真的服務，使我們2天的行程十分舒適。 所遇到的所有工作人員也都很棒，很熱心。飯菜味道也不錯。

位於景區內，下午2點入住，休息一下，酒店有車送到天星橋，遊玩到六點。第二天一早酒店車送到景區大巴乘車點，去大瀑布，趕早遊玩大瀑布和陡坡塘，完美避開人流高峯。

定這家酒店就因為位置好，在景區裏，這樣玩完天星橋下半段，出來就是酒店。第二天早晨我們去大瀑布回來也是管家馬上接回酒店。炎熱的天氣下能快速回到酒店就是一種享受。房間也很舒服，早晨還不錯。我們過了早餐點，還特意又給我們準備了一些簡餐。管家小濤全程服務到位，讓我們這次出行體驗加分了。至於網紅風的泳池其他就一般般吧，我們也不是因為這個入住的。總體還行，遊覽黃果樹住這裏挺舒適的

去黃果樹首選了景區的民宿，山月集地理位置十分優越，就在天星橋下半段出口。重點誇誇管家小西瓜，提前一天就聯繫加了微信，全程解答疑問，提供旅遊方案，來晚了也給安排了天星橋下半段，第二天10點前就玩好大瀑布跟陡坡塘，帶娃十分方便，唯一缺點就是房間熱水很小，總體來説還是非常滿意的。

酒店的位置緊鄰天星橋景區出口和小黃鴨漂流，地理位置俱佳。客服提前一天就電話聯繫，全程服務態度均很及時妥貼。地理位置原因，門口略顯擁擠，但酒店隨時車接車送。提點建議，早餐建議增加牛奶和小鹹菜，淋浴頭有些老舊，很多孔不出水，應加強維護。總之希望酒店越來越好，加油加油！

地理位置優越，在天星橋出口處.早餐內容不算多，但麪很好吃.有商務車接車送去天星橋下半段入口，我們一天就玩了天星橋下半段，大瀑布和陡坡塘，一個6歲一個8歲，有點累，但還是堅持完成了.酒店位置救了我們.
