剛剛到店的時候感受到很好的環境和服務，令我們非常不解為什麼新年期間居然只有我們一個房間？直到晚上暖氣壞了，全房大燈開不了，值班大姐積極聯繫負責人，可是遠程的經理大人居然送來一句：“今晚冷也挺一挺吧！”我們？？？？？我來度假的，不是來熬一下的！！完全沒有想辦法解決問題！入住率為什麼低的原因也很明顯是管理人員的問題了！
值得加分的地方是三位值班的當地居民大姐，暖氣一壞，馬上從家裡拿出自己暖氣，不停跟我們道歉，這一點，遠在異地的經理目前為止沒有給予我們任何一句問候。
非常感謝三位大姐用心的服務，該店領導們應該好好感謝她們，是她們在用心堅守崗位。

體驗很好，酒店的工作人員服務也很耐心知無不言。酒店環境反饋也不錯，前台接待人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速而高效，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。

一般不太住民宿，衝著酒店的景緻選擇了這家。酒店在一個村子裏麪，停車場距離酒店有一點點路，但由於有樓梯還有上下坡，行李很多的話得找人幫忙。服務是特別親切的，小孔（應該是店長）和接送並負責做飯的大叔，廚房的阿姨都特別熱情樸實。酒店設施條件可能因為地理位置使用體驗上稍微差點，去的時候也停水停電的。但是他們的服務態度真的很好，也想辦法去解決問題，我們很滿意。建議早飯可以多點主食的選擇，味道的確是不錯，晚飯也是在這裏吃的。有機會再來！
