To be honest, this place is really both clean and affordable comparing to many hotels that i’ve been staying in, this apartment can be both an apartment and hotel. The aminities they provide and styling and cleanliness is incredible for the price i’ve booked. 100% reccommended to all travelers wanting a good place with price under 50US$/night. I was really shocked when i eneter the room it was so so clean and the style is my type.

We booked two duplex suites with three bedroom each during our stay. First suites turn out to be clean and nice, surprisingly another suites in upper floor is not clean and there is stain everywhere. We requested to change the upper floor to the lower floor and it’s acceptable. Location wise it’s near to sanxi metro station with 7mins to 10mins walking distance, the only drawbacks is cars are not allowed to drive into the compound which is in front of the lobby.

The room is very good, the front desk ladies are also very professional and gentle. It is very close to the subway station, the transportation is very convenient, and the hygiene is also good. On the first day, I hurried out and forgot to tell her not to clean for us [I was afraid that the auntie would accidentally throw away the things we needed because I left things in a mess], but the auntie made the bed for us, took out the garbage and put it next to it, put it in a new bag, and didn't throw it away. I guess she was afraid that we would throw away the things we needed. It's very, very good, I will order it next time
