I felt full of care from the moment I arrived. The landlord was very enthusiastic and sent detailed check-in instructions in advance. When I couldn't find the way, he replied to the message in seconds and patiently showed me the way. I was amazed as soon as I entered the room. The floor and table were spotless, the sheets and quilt covers were also clean, and there was no dust even in the corners. Even a cleanliness freak could not find fault with it! The most surprising thing was that the room facilities were super awesome! It was so hot in the summer that I was sweating when I just entered the door. As soon as the air conditioner was turned on, the room became cool in a few minutes. It was a life-saving artifact! The Wi-Fi signal was also very strong, and it was not stuck at all when I stayed in bed to watch TV series at night. What's more considerate is that two bottles of mineral water were given when I checked in, which was just in time for travelers who had just arrived! The location is absolutely amazing! Just a few steps downstairs is the snack street in the university town, where you can eat all kinds of delicious food; the nearby bus stops and subway stations are not far away, which is very convenient for going to attractions or business districts. It is also very safe to come back at night, and the surrounding lights are bright, so you don’t have to worry about walking alone at night. This stay experience is perfect! From my window, I had a view of the lush, green silhouette of the Canton Tower. The breakfast restaurant, adorned with hanging vines, let sunlight stream in, creating a feeling of dining in a tranquil forest. Just a five-minute walk from the subway, yet there's not a whisper of train noise, ensuring a deep sleep until dawn paints the sky red. What truly charmed me were the details: the bedding smelled like it had been sun-dried, turndown service thoughtfully left a warm glass of honey water, and even the elevator lobby carried a faint gardenia fragrance. Next time I visit Guangzhou, I'll return here simply to breathe in this tranquility again.

The hotel is beautiful overall. The lobby is elegantly minimalist, yet grand, and truly artistic. It's a great spot for art lovers to take photos, and I'm sure it won't disappoint. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Having breakfast on the second floor, the view looking down into the ground floor is absolutely stunning – I truly loved it! I'll definitely be back.

Manager Hu in the front office was very thoughtful and prepared welcome fruits for me in advance and made changes to the room type as I requested. I feel very kind to this little girl. Although there are many people in the hotel these days, everything they do is maintained and maintained in an orderly manner. Even if they are busy, the service is not inferior at all. I will also book a room with Manager Hu. It was a great pleasure to stay here!

I was a little worried beforehand about the suite I booked, fearing it might be in a remote location and not from a major brand, and I wasn't sure if I'd get a bad experience. The most thoughtful touch was the minivan arranged to take us to the stadium for the concert, and they even provided ginger soup on the way back to the hotel. The meals were simple, but still quite good.

The soundproofing is so-so, the water temperature is unbalanced, it's very hot, I can't wash at all, I'm not a pig, I'm afraid of hot water. But the service attitude is very good, praise the front desk, they will help to put away the things if they are lost, saving my four-digit headphones.
