The stay was very pleasant! The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable yet not too soft. The hotel’s location is excellent, with shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Xiao Liang, the front desk staff, was friendly and made guests feel at home. We will definitely come back next time!

It was an excellent experience. Great gym, clean rooms, very good customer service until the end though. There was this lady who had a really bad service attitude during check out as i had made a deposit for extra room cards. Didnt catch her name but got a photo of her. Kind of made the excellent experience a little sour but thankfully not enough to spoil the whole thing as the other staff were excellent, especially the male staff who was extremely quick to reply to our needs.

This is my top pick for a hotel in Guangzhou Baiyun! The front desk service was incredibly warm and responsive. They offer free laundry and drying facilities, a free gym, a free swimming pool, and free parking. The room amenities are excellent, the room itself is clean with no strange odors, and the environment is truly great. Plus, there are tons of places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby.
