Another great stay at Silin appartments, staff extremely friendly at checkin and helpfull with registration. The missing breakfast is no isue with the starbucks around the corner and you cant really beat the view from hotel room. if you want to spend most time at the Canton fair, this is you choice as you stay on site.

The location was not good, as on trip.com, the location were showing me that it's just 500m far away from canton tower but it was around 5km other is the problem of water. And what I booked they didn't provide me that room, I booked queen room on trip but they give other double bed room, not recommended.

Really good place for someone who wants to be close to the Canton Fair complex. Its a bit far from the shopping malls though.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station and the Canton Fair Complex. The room is large and clean. The scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling window is also very good. It is a very good experience

The experience of staying at Silin Hotel was really bad, especially the service, which made me quite annoyed. I booked two rooms. When I arrived at the hotel to check in at noon, I was told that only one room was available and the other had not been cleaned yet. In desperation, I had to store my luggage in my colleague's room first and then go to the auto show. When I returned to the hotel to check in after the dinner in the evening, there was only one room on the 37th floor left. The front desk said that it was because I came back late, but I had obviously arrived at the hotel at noon, and the hotel should have reserved it for me first after cleaning the room. This handling method was really unsatisfactory. When I got the room card and prepared to go to the room, I found that the room was in another building, and the front desk did not mention this at all when checking in, which led to me going to my colleague's room to pick up the luggage first, and then spent a lot of time looking for the entrance to the 37th floor, but found nothing. I finally found the room on the 37th floor, but the room card could not open the door normally. At this time, I received a call from the hotel staff to tell me how to open the door. I tried twice as told but still failed. The staff then said they would go upstairs to deal with it. This series of twists and turns is really exhausting. The originally expected comfortable stay experience turned into a bubble. The hotel's service details and emergency handling capabilities need to be improved urgently. I hope the hotel can pay attention to and improve such problems, so as not to let other customers encounter such troubles.

I am grateful that I can stay in a suite at such an affordable price in this season. It has a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a bath. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer views of the Pearl River. It is convenient for food and accommodation. It is worth recommending and I will come again next time.

The room was good, and we upgraded it for free. It's a five-star rating, but the elevator was hard to wait for. The front desk was very nice. Although it's an apartment, the cleaning is also hotel standard. The room was very clean, but there was no razor. I suggest you add one. A regular razor costs only a few cents.
