Bad cleaning and overall hygiene. It was NOTHING like the photos. And they gave me a smoking permitted room… Filth

There was a smell as soon as I entered the room. The overall hygiene was not clean. I felt itchy all over after taking a bath in the bathtub. There was a lot of dust on the bed. The TV was also old-fashioned. I have never stayed in such a bad luxury suite.
