Environment: Close to the subway, surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets, quite quiet. However, perhaps because it's near the stairs, the soundproofing could be improved. Cleanliness: Upon entering the room, I needed to use the restroom. The toilet seat had urine stains on it. I notified the front desk, and a cleaning staff member came immediately to clean it and provided a toilet seat cover. Service: The staff were friendly, thumbs up! Facilities: The space is rather cramped, with no chairs. Fortunately, the bed is large enough that a 20-inch carry-on suitcase can be opened from the bed. Overall, I feel the price paid and the products and services received were worthwhile.
