The location is excellent, right above Zhonghua Plaza, with direct subway access downstairs, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Free parking is a huge plus here, especially since parking in Guangzhou's Yuexiu district usually costs 16/hour. Given that, the room rate is quite reasonable. It's a new hotel, so the stay was very comfortable. Hot water, air conditioning, and internet all worked well. I didn't get to try the breakfast or afternoon tea. The front desk staff was lovely and tried their best to accommodate my requests. The housekeeping auntie was also very patient in guiding me to the elevator, which was great. The elevators require a key card, and food deliveries are sent to the front desk and then delivered by a robot, which gives a great sense of security!

I leaving this hotel. I think the people is interesting and good. The surf is good. The room is cleaned and a bigger and can see many beautiful view and can have the place plate on the 26th floor and I have the delicious breakfast and the afternoon next time, I will try this hotel together again.

It's rare to find a hotel with such a unique ambiance. Unlike the cookie-cutter designs you often see, our room featured a floating bay window with a fantastic city sunset view in the evenings. The housekeeping was incredibly meticulous; even the desktop ornaments were dust-free. The front desk staff were discreet and efficient during check-in, never pushy. The minibar drinks were complimentary and included local specialty teas. For a short getaway, staying here was incredibly relaxing and offered far more value than other hotels in the same price range.

I like this hotel very much is comfortable and have many children’s place place and have direct coffee and my family in our hotel really good

Didn't opt for the hotel breakfast since we were planning to have Cantonese dim sum (there's a Tao Tao Ju on the 4th floor of the mall downstairs). All other services were excellent. We chose a room with a view of the Canton Tower, and the night view was absolutely stunning.
