It was a very good stay with very friendly people. When I come back, I am definitely staying here. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is very good. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. It also has a gym and lovely views of the city. You will not be disappointed by staying here in Guangzhou. Also, the metro station is a 60 second walk away.  it’s also right next to the best coffee in the world lock in and Starbucks. The hotel lobby has a door that takes you right into a mall where you can shop. Great location.

This is a relatively new hotel. This room is clean and location is great too. Downside is there is only 1 lift for the hotel.

Not a very good experience.
1. The phone couldn’t connect to the TV for screen casting.
2. All the movies and shows require payment.
3. The gym is visible but not usable.
4. The treadmill in that tiny gym isn’t connected to the main power.
5. The front desk staff are immature and need more training — joking around like it’s a game.
6. The cleaning staff also need training — smoking in the hallway, and even though the “Do Not Disturb” light was on, they kept ringing the doorbell.
7. The room is quite dusty
Although the place is new, the value for money is quite poor.

The room was for 4 paxs but the beds are not big enough technically for 2adults per bed. There is also no drop off in front of the hotel so having to lug luggage up a flight of stairs for my elderly folks were not ideal.

I highly recommend this hotel, we had a very pleasant stay! The staff does not speak English well, so translation apps really help. The breakfast was good too, it's small but since it's included in the stay I think it's decent! There was mainly Chinese food and a few Western food options. The room was very clean. I saw a laundry room too in case you need to wash and dry something, but we didn't use it. Very close to the hotel are many big malls where you could go shopping. The location felt safe and there were always staff at the service counter.
