A really great hotel. Many amenities, and the pool was great, sad that the outside pool is closed though. Breakfast was great, lots of variety

I totally enjoyed my stay in the Ascott service apt. the rooms are exactly like you see them on photos. hotel is brand new, everything is super clean. There was always somebody with decent level of English, which was a great help. my personal downside was that the swimming is not open yet, and I particularly wanted to enjoy the pool and the view...can't wait for it to open! photos attached are the view from lounge on 24th floor

One word : AMAZING 🫶 probably one of the best hotel/service apt we’ve ever stayed in. The room was very comfy and the appliances worked really well. But i have to give it up to the staffs, they’re all amazing. The bellboys, the front desks, even the housekeeping were incredibly nice and very attentive. Thank you to our front desk Amy, who has really helped us throughout everything, such a wonderful person! Amy, Ryan, all of the front desk are very helpful! It was lovely to meet you all!! The bellboys are also very attentive, they even helped us to call our taxi that stopped pretty far from where we were supposed to be picked up! We really appreciate it. The houskeepers are also very thoughtful, they came to our room to ask if there was anything that we needed more and gave us many amenities! Thank you to the 阿姨s!! We would definitely comeback in the future!! We would definitely give you guys 6 stars if we could 😉 Much love from 1506!

Good location

Decent location, great service and staff, and very clean! I had some concerns before checking in, but honestly everything was so good here. The room is a little small for a hotel room, but it's sufficient. The AC works amazingly, there's a fridge with freezer, a stovetop, and a washer. If you want to splurge on a place to stay but cut costs elsewhere, this feels like a good choice.

My family and I so much enjoyed the stay that we decided to add one more day! Travelled with a 6months old baby and everything went smooth. A big shout out to Ryan and his coworkers! Will definitely come back!

A little bit far from metro if you prefer walking. But everything else is great.

Excellent service! The staffs are extremely helpful helping us to communicate with the drivers. Highly recommended!!!
