預訂的時候看着攜程圖片是帶着小院子，有活動空間較大，有户外沙發，衝著預訂的小院私湯泡池去的，訂單跟我實際（第三張圖）的有差距，看到實際入住的時候，感到失望透頂，門前的院子跟預訂的圖片差距過大，光線又暗，還有一顆大樹壓在門口，非常壓抑，另外廁所沒有排氣，剛進去房間有股廁所的味道，實在是不能理解，智能馬桶的感應也是壞的，不能自動抬起，淋浴的熱水水流低且熱得慢，小孩子凍哆嗦了都還沒來熱水，然後酒店協商給退部分房費或者取消或升級房型但不帶泡池，無論是什麼選擇但是一家人住房體驗被影響到了，玩的心情都沒有了，謹慎入住

房间很干净整洁，前台和客房小姐姐们很给力，钥匙丢了，找了4個小時，實在找不到，跟前台表達了歉意，小姐們們積極幫忙解決問題，重新設置門禁，帶來了不便，並沒有怨言，感謝前台們的積極配合，遛娃聖地值得推薦。

真的現在的環境比一年前差太多了 地下都是泥 臟兮兮的也不沖 餐廳附近的草坪都禿了 也不打理 那個池塘也是臟兮兮的 還有早餐真的大打折扣 一年前是牛腩粉 現在是牛雜麪 真的難吃 辣椒都沒有 我可以説我是為了他家早餐二刷的 結果真的失望 ！總的來説不會再去了！那個酒店裡麪一次性的拖鞋也沒有 ！我也是無語 哎

離廣州近，住的地方是山裡麪，孩子玩的項目尤其多，應有盡有，而且餐廳環境也好在湖邊，價格不算貴。送了雙人山谷空中玻璃漂流，
68元餐廳代金券1張。
長者小孩都盡興了。

這裏的風景真的不錯。很漂亮。一進景區沒多遠就是停車場，然後玩的地方比較分散，但是可以叫電瓶車。也挺方便。酒店有餐廳，外面也有農莊。總體來説挺滿意的。下次會再來

如果不是自駕遊不建議，因為上山下坡兜兜轉轉才能進去，特別是冬天太寒冷，這次體驗感特別不好，因為太寒冷，所以只能叫他們的餐廳送來，五點叫的餐等了兩小時以上才送到，而且個人覺得不好吃（一份菜是兩盒），食物偏貴（收服務費），另外，如果想去的話建議早點去，因為附近的設施五點就關閉，如果主要是看看風景，倒是還可以⋯
