Hanting Hotels in Guangzhou

I'm Malaysian, and I stayed at this Hanting Hotel, which isn't huge but is well-equipped. It's conveniently located near Caihongqiao Metro Station and came highly recommended by a friend. [Joyful] ⭐ I have to give this hotel a full five-star rating! The service attitude is excellent, the front desk staff are friendly and polite, and the rooms are clean, aesthetically pleasing, and quite spacious. I heard it was recently renovated. There are plenty of food options nearby downstairs, and the transportation is convenient, making guests feel very at ease. 💯 We arrived at the hotel quite early, and to our surprise, they allowed us to check-in ahead of time (I thought it wouldn't be possible and just planned to drop off our luggage first). When checking out, since we had a late flight, they let us check out later, which was very satisfactory. ☺️ Another highlight is the free amenities provided: washing machine, dryer, and iron. [ThumbsUp] We had also purchased items on Taobao before arriving at the hotel, and they were able to help us receive the packages. So, as soon as we got to the hotel, our parcels were already waiting for us. It felt great to have our packages arrive even before we did! Stepping into the lobby, the warm lighting and minimalist design immediately set a welcoming tone, making the check-in experience quite pleasant. They also had self check-in kiosks at the front desk, allowing for a super-efficient 30-second check-in. The smart facilities were a major plus too. Charging ports were thoughtfully positioned throughout the room, so I never had to worry about my devices running out of power. The TV supported private screen casting, which was perfect for a cozy evening of binge-watching shows. There was even a one-touch button by the bedside to call the front desk, and they were incredibly quick to respond to any requests.

This is my second time choosing Hanting, thinking I could get there directly from the airport. The hotel's facilities and cleanliness met my expectations, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Because I'd been traveling for so long, I had a pile of clothes to wash, and this was my first time doing laundry at a hotel – it was very convenient and a great experience, I'm grateful. For future trips, if Hanting's price and location are suitable, it will always be my top choice.

Although the decor is simple, the hotel is generally clean and cozy. It's very convenient if you're in town for a concert, highly recommended!

Overall a great, enjoyable, peaceful and quiet stay. Further details as follows: Visibility: Hotel is not visible from main road. Need a couple of turns in public car park or housing or shop areas before sighting the hotel entrance. Reception: Excellent service upon arrival. Flexibility granted upon understanding customer needs. Location: Excellent. 5-10 mins walk to Kecun MTR (1 stop away from Canton Tower). Short walk to malls, eateries, MTR etc. Parking: No free parking even for hotel guests. Not suitable for drivers who plan to stay over a few nights in Guang Zhou. Ample parking space at entrance of hotel. Cleanliness： Very new, clean and neat smart hotel. Late check-out： Need to renew hotel pass at reception for late check-out. Otherwise, room door auto inactivate after normal check-out timing. Facilities: Nice, clean and appealing restaurant on 2nd floor for those who prefer to eat in. There's a small coasta coffee cafe, mini laundry area, smart washroom, meeting table and chairs for guests to sit around at 1st floor.

This time, I went to Guangzhou for a concert and, as always, chose Huazhu Club. I wasn't disappointed. The cleanliness was as satisfactory as always. The location is great, right outside the subway station. The front desk staff was very friendly. Room delivery and other items were also very prompt. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, arranging a quiet room for us. The room was modern, spotless, and had a lovely, subtle tea scent as soon as you walked in. The location is excellent, being very close to the subway station, which made it super convenient for both shopping and getting around. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again.
