Service is friendly, and location is close to both the Vanke mall nearby and the plaza of companies up north. A new spa/massage opened right next door, which is very convenient. Main issue with this hotel is that the entire place reeks of smoke. I woke up with a cough after my first night, and I was constantly nasally congested and having allergy attacks due to the smoke. People smoke indoors in the hotel lobby and in front of the front desk, and just leave their cigarette butts in the ashtrays or even just on the floor. Service was friendly though, and they let me switch rooms after the first night and visit multiple other rooms to see for myself which smelled the least offensive, and they let me move there

The lobby is very clean as soon as you enter. The aromatherapy used in the hotel smells very good, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The room is also very good. The check-in experience is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and very polite. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel! Staff is very easy going and friendly. 24 treadmill and self-serve laundry. We stayed on the 4th floor. In room lighting features are excellent reading or watching a movie. Automatic curtains too.
