Samantha Lodge Zengjia Mountain Hotspring

The room is large, clean, fully equipped, and the whole house is smart. The hot spring is open from 4 pm to 10 pm. It is not far from the room. Because the temperature is a bit high, only two small pools are opened in the afternoon. Only our family is bathing. In the evening when it gets cold, two more pools are opened. They are very clean. The water in the kid's pool is shallow and the temperature is just right. The sauna is very comfortable. Because I was too tired from playing during the day, I ate in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel in the evening. The spring warm soup pot tasted amazing. It is really good that the hotel restaurant can do this. The bottom of the pot is made of native chicken and hoof flowers. The children also like it very much. The breakfast is also very nice. The overall service is very good, far better than many five-star hotels. The service staff are very friendly. I will come back again during the next short holiday!

酒店3201房間天窗頂有縫，早晨光線直射床頭，影響睡意。早晨六點多湖邊古典音樂響了一個多小時，讓度假的人無睡意。房間無座機找客服不方便。洗澡水龍頭一直温水，出熱水等待時間較久。早餐一般，上菜很慢。望改進。

房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，智能化強。酒店環境設計感強，景觀錯落有致，賞心悦目。管家式服務周到體貼，衞生好。
