虛假訊息，房間其實衹有十幾個平方，且在五樓無電梯，房間無窗，跟房間訊息所説完全不符。
床單極其臟，還有洞。房頂漏水，房間設施破舊，衞生條件極差，最煩的是衞生間淋浴沒有熱水，無法洗澡。
國慶期間惡意漲價，兩百好幾住這種房間。

房間不貴，態度也好，對人客氣，服務周到，想顧客所想，使我們很滿意。特別是老闆娘真是好，我們本訂的是個三人間在三樓，她看到我老母親年齡大了，上三樓不方便，就給我們換了二樓中的兩個標準間，也不讓我們加錢。人出們在外需要的就是温暖。總之，這次我感覺非常滿意。
