一看就是老牌酒店，硬件偏老舊，但翻新過，整體水平在那，床品及配套服務都過硬的，早餐出品不錯。晚上夜景很美。

去劍門關的路上住了一晚應該是廣元最好的酒店了。還算不錯，環境挺好，房間也還不錯。就是早餐確實不怎麼樣，希望能有提高。

設施：床老化不敢動彈，一直在響
衞生：淋浴間頭髮太多
服務：進門三個前台接待都不理人，物品遺留不主動聯繫，客房服務員素質有待提高，追究了兩次才回復有遺留物品，本來也是不值錢的物品，由於臨時出門借用朋友的，丟失想找回來，結果就遇到這種事，希望客房服務員加強培訓，不以忙為藉口，旅遊淡季不應該出現這種問題
