環境非常好，住下就不想走。所有服務人員都很主動，尤其是前台，很有耐心。地理位置很好，窗景就是天汗樓，晚上開了燈，更漂亮了。早餐算中規中矩，品種能保證吃兩三天不會煩，再多就不行了。

酒店位置在南河，不算是狹義的廣元老城區。但廣元也不算太大，離南河汽車站很近，交通出行很方便。酒店建築有地方特色，也是當地政府會議接待活動的常用場所，我們碰到沒房能續住的情況，也會出現瞬時大量嘈雜人流。除此以外，房間、設施、衞生、景色都不錯。服務人員素質很好，前台和餐廳服務員待人接物都很有禮貌。

酒店幾乎沒有安保可言，外賣可以直接送到房間，到了酒店沒有接待人員，領了房卡簡單介紹入住地方自己過去，辦理入住和實際入住地方真心很遠，酒店設施很陳舊，類似招待所。
