因為來考試選擇了這個最近的酒店 前台的服務很一般 因為來考試定了個房間 到前台辦入住很高冷的大姐 都不會抬頭看人一眼 後來下大雪沒辦法回去所以又訂了一晚 到前台辦續住前台大姐直接給了張房卡 連哪個房間都不説 OK沒問題這點先忍 第一次換房間一進去明晃晃的三個煙頭擺在浴室 給前台打電話衹是敷衍的來了句給你換個房間 這種衞生質量衹是簡單的來了一句換房就想潦草結束嗎 後來説了很多遍這不是換房不換房的問題 才捨得把寶貴的領班交上來看 等了五六分鐘領班沒有過來 一位保潔大姨進來了問有煙頭是嗎 表達歉意然後想把煙頭拿走（這是我見過第一位給我們表達歉意的女士）我説你先把煙頭放下 叫你們領班過來 大姨又把領班喊了一遍才出現！最讓人可氣的是這位領班了！説入住率高都忙着搶房 好的沒問題我理解 但這是明晃晃的擺在浴室 我沒有説衞生死角的問題 如果説這種問題都發生了 那請問你們床單浴巾是一客一換是乾淨的嗎 後來妥協升級了房間 這大姨噁心的是轉身走的時候一股不耐煩的態度翻了個白眼，在跟我交流的過程中説我一直在跟他犟！行 你們入住率高 忙的不耐煩嫌處理客人問題麻煩 我忍了 既然你們入住率高就合理分配 別隨便搬出來一個沒有專業毫無服務水平的大媽出來説話！這件事就草草的結束了 大媽説所有的浴巾被套都是一客一換 那我下面圖片裏燒水壺上的污垢和燒水壺裡還餘留的水拋開不論 第四張是我剛進房間就看到枕頭下面的短頭髮
