黑心垃圾客棧，訂了房間跟本就沒住，想退訂單平台還無法全額退款。取消訂單還扣250，我看真是遇上了250氣不打一處來。我們9點過到景區門口打電話給客棧老闆，才老闆告訴我們沒有房間住不了我們説我們早上一早訂了房間，老闆告訴我們訂了房間也住不了你們自己解決就啥也不管了。這火就不打一處來。後來才知道這黑心商家是把我們訂的房間出售了。最後通過投訴黑心廣南楓驛客棧當地旅遊部門才順利解決問題。別説當地旅遊部門辦事效率真的是很高哦。為當地旅遊部門點贊👍
