Disadvantages: 1) All rooms and facilities are non-smoking. 2) For guests who need to push a stroller or wheelchair, the road here is basically impossible to push, and the situation of the stone road can be seen in the photo. 3) Guests planning to come in winter pay attention to that all hot spring pools are not open. The shuttle bus to the top of the mountain does not operate. If you need to go to the observation deck on the mountain, you need to walk for half an hour to forty minutes. If you are with the governor and children, you don't have to consider it. 4) The toilet in the room (at least Luchai is like this) is in an open space and there is no isolation door. The boss said that if you want to experience the helicopter, you can make an appointment in advance. The room was cleaned and tidy, the staff was very enthusiastic, and I was ready to come back in a few days.

位置就在高速出口附近，海棠小鎮，離鎮上也不遠，比較方便，周邊環境也不錯，比較清凈。這次沒時間，不然還可以體驗一下週邊的遊玩。 整體衞生也還好，就是沒有配備小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，這一點姑娘有些不滿意，特地讓我提一下，算是個改進的機會吧😂 服務也還是不錯的，前台的笑容跟暖心，聽着了家鄉話，就有種回家的感覺。

設施：新開的帳篷酒店，有地暖和空調。全景綠色，舒服。停車場挺大，有充電樁。 衞生：衞生ok，偶有螞蟻蜘蛛，在山裡可以接受。 環境：環境很贊，休閑很舒服。 服務：看得出每個服務人員都很用心。可能是清明假期顧客暴增的原因，感覺準備不足。聽到服務員説點了11條魚但是衹備了三條😂。我們晚飯點了餐等了好久還沒上菜，小朋友餓的不行了，就退掉，另外買了方便麪泡給小朋友。回到房間大概一小時後，沒想到經理直接把飯菜送到房間了，而且沒收錢，太客氣了。第二天早飯稍微簡單一些，尚可。 整體上看，看得出這家民宿在假期訂單暴增的情況下人手不大夠，但是他們非常理解客户，能從客户的角度想問題，有非常強烈的願望想把服務做好。希望越做越好！
