The location, service, and rooms are all great! The staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were cleaned well, and the amenities were always replenished. We could see the colorful houses from the terrace, and we often relaxed there. We'd love to stay here again if we come to Guanajuato.

The location is great, one step away from the attraction cathedral. The room is very large and seems like a suite. Clean and beautiful. There is a microwave. The big bed can sleep 3 people. The bath water is big and hot. The disadvantage is that the layout of the old house is not reasonable, the space is wasted, the bathroom is small, and there is no lamp on the table, which is not convenient for reading. Very good hotel, convenient transportation, only 5 minutes from downtown. The landscape of the terrace is invincible, and the panoramic view of Guanajuato is seen.
