It's a gem of a hotel in many ways: 1. The location is great, close to attractions, the Juarez Theater, and places to eat. 2. The reception was excellent. They welcomed me very warmly. I was able to leave my suitcase in their safe since I arrived early. They gave me my room very quickly. 3. The room was huge, hehe, very nice, and I had a wonderful rest. 4. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was amazing. Maybe they should add some eggs to the menu, but it's very good, worth it. 5. I bought two tours with them: one of the city's attractions and the other of the Callejoneada. 6. The check-out was quick, and they called me a taxi to the bus station. Thank you very much for the stay, Rodrigo C.

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to museums and restaurants. The staff is amazing! They were able to help me get a transfer to and from the airport. The room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great good coffee, yogurt, pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel was nice for our 2 day stay. Continental breakfast included was a plus. The bath towels were old, bathroom faucet had a leak. The on-site staff was nice and assisted us with booking our tours.

Catfish Listing- scam photos.
Whoever did the photos of this listing is a true magician and scam artist. Do NOT believe them. This is a closet of a hotel. Run down, beat up and a dungeon. Some rooms have no windows, are underground, beat up flooring and none have televisions, AC/heating. Floors are not level with random steps at dangerous places like the side of the bed. Rooms very small. No privacy, you can hear everything from the rooms next to you. Staff are very nice and friendly. Only reason they get 2 stars. No parking. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone stay here unless your room is $10-20 and you are on a very tight budget. There are so many better options around the area.
