The room was clean. The room we stayed in faced the sea. There are also houses in hills and woods, which are determined based on the room rate. Due to the strategic location, the water is very calm and there are no waves. Suitable for snorkeling and kayaking sports. There are multiple restaurants, and everyone’s favorite is the Seaside restaurant, which has very delicious seafood and steaks.

Room was clean, modern, comfortable. Service was really wonderful and enhanced our stay here - it makes such a difference when people are nice to you when you are away from home. There were plenty of excellent food choices for us (one of us being a vegetarian). The hotel has a "normal" side with bars and poolside music, as well as a "quiet" side near the spa without the music...so it was good to have the choice of vibe to sit in.
Altogether its a really well run hotel: one we were pleased to have stayed in and one we would definitely return to.

Pros: excellent service, beautiful setting, luxurious and semi-private bungalow-style accommodations, tasty drinks, Adrian at the pool/beach bar, and fun entertainment team.
Cons: with the exception of the teppanyaki-style dinner and pool/beach bar menu, the food was not up to par for a resort of this caliber. Desserts were underwhelming and tasted stale and dry; and the notes and special instructions for room service order were never followed properly.

The hotel is closed to airport 20 - 30 mins away. And all the services are great , they have spa message which is great!

Was not sure what to expect, but this resort is amazing. We did not lift a finger the whole time and were spoiled everyday. The individuals that work at this resort are amazing and we got to experience Costa Rica's wildlife in the sea, tropical rainforest and villages.

I don’t know where to start but our experience at this location was amazing and unforgettable. the entire staff made our 30 anniversary extremely memorable. I love everything about this location the hotel ground are breathtaking.
