酒店本身的設施和服務符合預期，入住體驗基本順暢。然而，在預訂和入住過程中，我發現一個重要的訊息偏差問題，特此反饋，希望能幫助酒店提升服務準確性。
核心問題在於酒店的名稱一“中醫院店”。我預訂時，正是基於名稱理解為該酒店緊鄰中醫院（相信很多有就醫需求的客人也是如此）。但入住後瞭解到，原中醫院已經搬遷，新院址距離酒店尚有約5公里。這導致我的實際位置需求與預期產生了顯著偏差。而該酒店規定是不允許退房的，但這個名稱在當下已產生誤導:
1.誤導預訂決策:依賴名稱訊息的客人（特別是為就醫便利選擇此處的）可能被錯誤引
導。）
2.影響入住體驗:發現實際距離後，難免產生影響。
望酒店經理早日採納建議。

屋子較小，沒有桌椅，兩、三層，沒有電梯，需要走樓梯。
有一點潮濕發黴的味兒，開窗通風了一陣才好。
地板也有一點翹，有些部分挺陳舊的，有些部分又像是新修過。
開票比較方便..

房間很差，窗户朝樓道里開，頭一次見這樣的房間，面積小，設施陳舊，屋裡有暖氣，但還是冷。空調陳舊，制熱效果差。牀頭櫃連個抽紙都不給配。水壺裡一層水垢，想燒個熱水都不敢用。衞生間空間狹小，上個廁所都得側着身。不知道是不是買不起淋浴頭，又破水又小。本來以為是如家旗下的品牌，應該有賓至如歸的感覺。結果體驗感超差。服務沒有，設施還又陳舊。強烈不推薦。
