The service was helpful. The facilities were great. I enjoyed having the full breakfast every morning. The Wifi service was spotty.

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Good location

Very satisfactory experience. We were planning to go to Beiye on Sunday, so we thought about staying overnight nearby on Saturday and strolling around Gu'an. We booked a hotel + ticket package, which was very cost-effective. After we arrived, we were told that we were upgraded to a suite. The room was large and clean, and the service was very satisfactory. We were arranged a very quiet room by the side. The surrounding area is a commercial street, which is very convenient for dining. The greenery is very good, and there is a park opposite where you can take a walk after dinner. It was only about ten minutes away from Beiye the next day. The only drawback is that I feel that the breakfast can be improved and optimized. In general, it is a very satisfactory living experience. It is highly recommended to stay when you come to Gu'an or Beiye. 👍🏻👍🏻

This is a relatively high-end hotel in Gu'an. It's not that high-end, but as a public hotel under Sheraton, it basically meets the standards. Most people who stay in the hotel are probably going to the safari park, which is seven kilometers away. The hotel rooms are large and spacious, so spacious that they feel a little empty. The room utilization rate is not high, the facilities are quite complete, the grade is average, and the bedding is a little uncomfortable. The breakfast is barely acceptable. It is worth mentioning that the hotel also raises a few capybaras, rabbits, lambs and other small animals in the backyard, which the children like.

When I first checked in, I found blood on the bed sheet, so I contacted the hotel to change it temporarily. It was May Day, the room was not clean, and the hotel facilities were old. I hope to improve and enhance the hygiene level during the holidays.

The hotel is very close to Beijing Wildlife Park, and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi in the morning. For the same price, you can only stay in a cramped express hotel in the center of Beijing, but here you can enjoy a spacious family suite. The hotel also has a children's playground where you can feed small animals and pet capybaras. Remember to bring your swimsuit when you go. The hotel's swimming pool is large and clean. You can go to the zoo in the morning and relax in the swimming pool when you come back in the afternoon. It is very suitable for those who go to the wildlife park to stay here.

The room was very unhygienic. When I opened the window, the room was full of catkins. No one answered the phone to the hotel's housekeeping department. No one answered the emergency call. My wife and the child were in front for breakfast. I paid for the child's breakfast, but the waiter chased my husband to pay. The experience was extremely bad.

The house is quite big, the environment is quite good, and it is quite clean. Service is not good: parking is difficult, we are not allowed to park at the door, so we are asked to park in the underground garage. We circled the hotel twice, and it was a dead end to enter the underground. Who would have thought that it was an underground far away from the hotel, and we had to walk back to the hotel with luggage, **not**? There is no guide or manual in the room, no introduction or relevant information, the most bizarre, I called the customer service number, but no one answered it seven or eight times, and it is the only one among all the hotels I have stayed in. I clearly booked a deluxe double room, and the front desk told me that I would upgrade it to a deluxe double room for free. I took out the voucher and didn't say anything. I wanted a higher floor, but they said it was full, and there was only the bottom floor of this type of room. You are really good, so cruel! ! ! !

Service: I checked in at 8:30 in the morning. As soon as I lay down, the staff came in without knocking. Then after half an hour, they came in again. I have never stayed in such a hotel in my life.

The environment is good and the facilities are complete. It is very close to the zoo. There are many things to eat and drink around. Carrie at the front desk provided good service and helped to upgrade the house. She was very enthusiastic and the children liked it very much

It's really too old. I can hear the springs of the mattress making noises when I turn over in sleep. There is basically no service. There are grease spots on the restaurant seat covers. The food is served very slowly. The parent-child activity ring tossing is charged separately. The free cookie making activity is from 3 to 4 pm. The teacher was 25 minutes late. There were about 7 or 8 families waiting. He didn't even say sorry. It took 20 minutes to finish the cookie making in a hurry. If you want to have a parent-child activity, I suggest you give up. The only two things I think are good are that the swimming pool upstairs is clean and it is close to the zoo. Minus the 300 yuan zoo ticket, the price of 698 a night is not cost-effective
