在攜程較早訂的兩間豪華大床房，結果到了酒店前台，前台工作人員居然説沒有連着的兩間房間了，隨便找了兩間離得較遠的房間，結果其中一間321是個邊角很小的房間，窗户也是一個側窗（既然客人提前訂的，為何不預留兩間連着的一樣的房型？難道攜程訂的和到店訂的就不一樣了？），找服務員溝通時，恰巧碰到新來住店辦手續的人員，給辦理了比我房間離得近的。問我的能不能升級一下，説不能，換了個房間，房間裏缺一個小椅子，紗窗也是壞的，門禁片也是壞的。既然酒店新裝修的，為何這些都能壞！且有一點點裝修的味道，不確定是不是甲醛味兒，總之感覺與網上寫的不一致，且服務員耍小聰明糊弄客人，服務意識較差，體驗不好！

酒店位置很好找。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，各種設施設備齊全，衞生整潔，酒店周圍有很多地方特色的美食，距夜市，體育公園，固安博物館都不遠，非常方便。服務周到細緻有求必應，早餐豐盛有牛奶，還有各種地方的特色美食。 前台的服務人員小李 小張服務態度好指引進電梯 開票也非常專業是一個不錯的酒店店長培訓的也特別好下次出差還來👍👍👍
