Bellissima residenza curata in ogni particolare in una posizione magnifica che domina la valle. Grande giardino esterno con piscina che domina il paesaggio. Colazione ricchissima dolce e salata con prodotti naturali prodotti direttamente o dei dintorni. Cena raffinatissima pero' con menù fisso. Sembra di essere ospiti in una grande villa di famiglia...personale attento e gentile, pulizia perfetta. Possibilità di passeggiate tra le campagne e i vigneti tipici della zona e assaggi di vini eccelsi.

My daughter chose La Ghirlanda as somewhere Dad would like to celebrate a 'big birthday'. She chose well. It is lovely country hotel (former hunting lodge) with traditional period decor. The views across the valley and to nearby Saragano are to die for. The breakfasts bountiful and the dinners splendid occasions. The hospitality and efficiency of the obliging staff was about the best I have encountered. A great bunch of people. Going on the cookery course and winetasting (all adjacent) as well as the freedom to walk through the olive groves and vineyards means we got a real feel for the area and the way of life.

La pace tra le colline umbre. La Ghirlanda e’ un luogo carino e accogliente. C’e la villa centrale e le dependance. Quest’ultime un po’ spartane ma funzionali. Si dorme molto bene perche l’unico rumore sono i grilli. Colazione di buon livello, carina la piscina. Insomma il rapporto qualita prezzo e’ buono

La Ghirlanda captures the essence of Umbria in full! Great food and wine, feeling of hospitality, beautiful grounds, tastefully decorated common areas and rooms and views of the rolling fields, vineyards and olive groves like it’s out of a Tuscan … sorry Umbrian postcard. Enjoy a dinner there, at least once, all their produce comes from their estate. It was our first time in Umbria so we wanted to see and taste as many different places as possible, however during our next visit we will have dinner there more times. A big thank you to all the staff as the service was really good and a special reference to Iuliana who attended to every request with a smile! We will return.

5 nights in wonderful property in beautiful location. Fabulous food and wine; beautifully presented and cooked. Owners and their staff demonstrably care about their guests’ enjoyment and experience and looked after us very well; highly recommend!

The property is charming! Beautiful views! Welcoming staff. My only complaint was with the wifi which was spotty.
We had the most loveliest of times, and t the owners of the property which have had this estates for 3 plus generations—- lovely, friendly people.

I can't say enough good things about La Ghirlanda. The best parts of La Ghirlanda are Ava and Soros. The countryside location can 't be beat. The food and wine were outstanding. Thank you Ava and Soros for making my stay exceptional. Vi vediamo prossima l'estate.
