Chiesto espressamente a che altezza si trovasse dei 516 metri del comune di Gualdo Cattaneo ce ne siamo trovati soli 404 , e ad agosto la cosa non è indifferente. Dopo le 9 le temperature arrivano ai 40 insopportabili gradi. Lo studio Fienile è composto da una stanza quasi integralmente occupata dal letto , luci scarse, e da una cucina con ulteriore divano letto aperto che impedisce i movimenti. Questo secondo letto è completamente privo di punto luce, per cui è necessario alzarsi per l'on/out. Aria condizionata presente solo nella prima camera . All'esterno un gran tavolo rotondo in pietra ad appannaggio di chi arriva per primo . I "fienili sono 4" . Sala pranzo e piccola piscina a 800 metri Ma la nota più dolente, in un contesto tuttavia pregevole per merito delle colline umbre seppur mortificate da mulattiere non dissimili da quelle della odierna Gaza è la colazione che nei tre gg di cui abbiamo usufruito, è stata costellata da un decrescente servizio tant'è che al quarto abbiamo preferito un eccellente autogrill sulla Perugia -Orte con barista-cantante. Il primo giorno c'è stato un guasto sulla caffettiera elettronica con chiamata on line alla ditta fornitrice, il secondo abbiamo sorpreso i proprietari che alle 9 non avevano ancora apparecchiato nulla e al terzo in luogo del pecorino unica cosa che abbiamo apprezzato abbiamo trovato quattro sottilette incelofanate , cosa che non ti aspetteresti mai da un agriturismo che a detta dell'oste ci avrebbe deliziato. Pane sempre più duro dal passaggio dal primo al terzo giorno . Prosciutto non certamente di qualità ma con quantità che ti vergognavi a prendere la seconda trasparentissima fettina che lasciavi gli altri ospiti a digiuno Al quarto giorno quasi mezz'ora d'attesa per la Musk-Mobile del sig Andrea evidentemente sorpreso nel sonno per la seconda volta e questa volta volevamo soltanto saldare i 520 eur+ 1,2 di tassa di soggiorno, senza fare colazione. Tra il terribile e il non soddisfacente allego piccoli particolari in foto che al sig Andrea forse sfuggono + una bella alba , il momento più intrigante del posto che meriterebbe un bel caffé magari alla napoletana e non tanta tanta ristrettezza. Anche i gatti sembravano affamati tant'è che ce ne siamo occupati. Sempre meglio che a Gaza occorre riconoscerlo. Non siamo stati bombardati, anzi siamo stati omaggiati di una marmellata all'uva a fragola

We stumbled upon this farmhouse by chance for a quick lunch. The first impression? Everything a bit dated. Beautiful restaurant room with a spectacular view but the furnishings and curtains ruined the whole. Food without infamy and without praise chosen from a full board menu. Fast and efficient service.

After a few years we decided to return to this splendid location located in San Terenziano to spend a few days of holiday. This year we also decided to bring our elderly parents who appreciated the availability and professionalism of the Falchetti Alunni family and their staff. We used the farmhouse restaurant, appreciating the typical dishes made available on the menu. After visiting the nearby Umbrian towns, returning in the afternoon we also used the beautiful swimming pool available to guests. Recommended to get away from the wear and tear of the city. We just stayed at this farmhouse over the weekend, me, my husband and our 2 small dogs. We returned here after 10 years because we had a good time but we still didn't have dogs... They ask us €15 for the dogs only for 1 night but only upon arrival am I told that the dogs cannot stay alone in the room by inventing various excuses and to take them with us to the restaurant but unfortunately mine are not used to it, then they tell us about the services such as the swimming pool or small wellness center but if the dogs cannot stay either in the pool or in the room alone or obviously in the wellness center, we How do we use these services??? They tell me to tie the dogs on the fence surrounding the pool so that they can watch us... madness!!! We went for dinner a la carte but there was the choice between 2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses and 2 side dishes, it doesn't really seem like an à la carte menu to me...also it is not specified that gluten-free meals have a €2 supplement to the meal that I only discover on the day of the balance... So I paid €2 more for a mixed roast and €2 more for grilled vegetables. I didn't find it correct because meat and vegetables are already naturally gluten-free foods so why pay more for them??? The dinner was excellent but it was a nightmare with my dogs who were forced to stay tied to the foot of the table in the restaurant and one of the two barked because she was annoyed by a child who was running... no age, better to keep them in the room in peace?? ? The structure is nice, immersed in the countryside, the apartments are clean, it's a shame that some pots and pans and tea towels are missing in the kitchen. For these reasons and above all the poor management of the dogs I will never go back!
